    I did this everyday Finally I got my oversplits!! I can easily do 10 inches more high than a normal split, can't believe this tutorial was really helpful for me, thankss😭❤️

    Hi I am practicing Split and got knee pain, is it natural? My hamstring is too stiff..Any suggestions please

      You can try hip flexor exercises on RUclips to help loosen your hips. Lmk if this helps. For the knee problem you can use pillows or something stationary to help support your legs and take a little weight off until you feel comfortable enough to do it without them.

      Focus on breathing(especially, exhaling) and imagine that your legs are stretching flexibly. Imagining is important because your mind and body are connected. Of course it might take time, but I’m sure that you can do it eventually!
