As I’m a dancer I need flexibility but I was born with more strength than flexibility. As it’s out of school I have really been stretching at home a lot and have been working on hip flexibility as much as possible because hip flexibility helped with a LOT of things such as splits,scorpion,needle,middle split and tilt and so much more. I have been mostly focusing on my tilt as it’s something that I really want to get. You have helped me so much and I would definitely recommend you to people that want flexibility. I’ve now got my scorpion, over splits, aerial, and I’m now working on my needle! I love this routine and the new decoration in the room it’s so nice! Things I wanna learn: Right split, middle split, leg hold, get more flexible in my right leg, leap. ~~~~~ [Feb 20th] *Day 1-4* : Sooo I’m already really flexible in my left leg, I can do a amazing oversplit with it, I can do a leg hold too, but I wanna improve it. My middle split is really good, I did the 30 Day new year stretch challenge too:) Buuuttt my split with my right leg in front is HORRIBLE. I can do absolutely nothing with my right leg, so I’m gonna to this 2 week challenge (I’m probably going to stretch 4 weeks). {NOTE TO SELF} - Update this on *24 february* ! - ~~~~~~~ [Feb 24th] *Day 4-8* : I can really see an improvement! Along with this routine, I’m doing some other routines too and the process is much faster! I did today a perfect split with my right leg and I’m so happy, cuz at the beginning of this month I was really NOT close to the split😂 After I stretch, I can almost do a middle split! I haven’t skiped a day till now! I've been doing your different routines (back, hips, whole body) for 2 weeks now and already see great improvements in my (used to be nonexistent) flexibility! One thing I have to give you a heads up on this particular video on hips is that the pigeon stretch you do on the same leg twice, not on both..otherwise, it's a great routine! :)))

Honestly can't understand why more brands aren't asking Anna to be a spokesmodel for them. She doesn't need to edit or photoshop her pictures, and she's more beautiful than any of the other models out there.
Im already really flexible in my hips without all this but after a month of doing this everyday I can definitely tell the difference I started out doing the advanced even though it was a bit challenging and now I can do the advanced like it’s a breeze

Beautiful I use to be that flexible but I did stop stretching after I got fibromyalgia but after 3 years of horrible pain I started back with the stretching and yoga exercises now I am getting back to being flexible again and I am 66 years old it’s great for older people to get their body moving again as if they are in their 20’s. I've had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders for almost a decade now. I found Yoga with Kassandra which actually introduced me to the concept of Yin Yoga (hold and relax into positions for an extended amount of time). But Kassandra only does around a dozen poses, so then I found Anna's channel! My yin yoga game has leveled up and my chronic pain/flexibility is improving! There's a reason Anna has over 2 million subscribers
These videos are so well put together, and Anna really explains everything. I like how she puts a modification for beginners too. Which is helpful because sometime i question myself. Anyways, i hope these videos help me get my splits in time to try out for cheer! :) Which im sure they will

im going to be honest, my sister lily always watches your videos. she actually was able to learn how to do the splits a couple days after i said your videos dont do anything. but then i gave in and did this video AND OMG- i cant do the splits but i can go further when i do the butter fly stretch so tysm anna! im 11 years old and overweight but if you teach me how to do the splits with this video- you will be my idol. I wanted to say this. I have done yoga for 20 years not able to do Bow. My lower back is so stiff from running working out years ago. I’ve been doing your stretching classes for the splits for only 2 days yes 2 days. Last night after my class I was able to do the Bow. Not really far off the ground but I was able to do the bow for the first time in my life. You’re classes are absolutely AMAZING! You’re a great teacher you take your time and explain things. Honestly can't understand why more brands aren't asking Anna to be a spokesmodel for them. She doesn't need to edit or photoshop her pictures, and she's more beautiful than any of the other models out there.

Im already really flexible in my hips without all this but after a month of doing this everyday I can definitely tell the difference I started out doing the advanced even though it was a bit challenging and now I can do the advanced like it’s a breeze

Beautiful I use to be that flexible but I did stop stretching after I got fibromyalgia but after 3 years of horrible pain I started back with the stretching and yoga exercises now I am getting back to being flexible again and I am 66 years old it’s great for older people to get their body moving again as if they are in their 20’s.

Yay! Only 13 more hours to go! I'm definitely gonna do this challenge before I could only do a bridge but not I can almost do a full chin stand! Highly recommend Anna's stretches!

I've had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders for almost a decade now. I found Yoga with Kassandra which actually introduced me to the concept of Yin Yoga (hold and relax into positions for an extended amount of time). But Kassandra only does around a dozen poses, so then I found Anna's channel! My yin yoga game has leveled up and my chronic pain/flexibility is improving!

I am going to get really flexible using anna's tutorials, and then I can ask my friends/ family if they want to stretch with me, and do normal stretches and then all of a sudden do a flexible stretch to freak them out 🤣

im going to be honest, my sister lily always watches your videos. she actually was able to learn how to do the splits a couple days after i said your videos dont do anything. but then i gave in and did this video AND OMG- i cant do the splits but i can go further when i do the butter fly stretch so tysm anna! im 11 years old and overweight but if you teach me how to do the splits with this video- you will be my idol. I wanted to say this. I have done yoga for 20 years not able to do Bow. My lower back is so stiff from running working out years ago. I’ve been doing your stretching classes for the splits for only 2 days yes 2 days. Last night after my class I was able to do the Bow. Not really far off the ground but I was able to do the bow for the first time in my life. You’re classes are absolutely AMAZING! You’re a great teacher you take your time and explain things. I have a goal to do the middle splits and with your classes I WILL ! I feel k will have them in only a month! Love ❤️ your classes! Thank you so much ❤️Audra

Heres a quick tip when doing straddles:
keep your feet pointing up to the ceiling(or sky) this rotates your hips and is a even deeper stretch
