Ingredients:
Bread-peanut butter-jelly
1.get bread
2.put jam on one slice of bread
3. Put peanut butter on another slice of bread
4.put 2 slices of bread together with the jelly and peanut butter facing each other

So you are still doing your flexible stuff. Cool. We are never too old for that. I'm 33, so I'm 11 years older than you if I'm not wrong, but I will still continue with my flexibility practice everyday. Front splits, middle splits and even oversplits are a part of my practice, and I even did the chair oversplit while sitting on the ground.
