    I'm seeing a lot of comments saying they couldn't get it in one day, of course not!!! Although the title says one day that's not always possible, especially for someone with only a little flexibility, just keep stretching everyday and eventually you'll get it when your body's ready! Don't give up!

    I can do the middle splits, and I can do the heel stretch from the side. Guys, I know it hurts. I know it strains. I know it flexes, but don't give up!!! You'll never accomplish anything if you don't try. Remember to warm up, stretch, exercise, and then do the activity. It makes it easier. :) But never give up. If you're not that flexible, then you probably won't get it in a day! Your body will relax into the position over time and that'll show that your body is ready. Just look at Erica. She started all of this when she was pretty much fully grown. :p

      All the skills that say "in one day" are skills that I learned in one day. It's definitely doable! It's completely OK to extend training longer, though.

      Well... i got back my splits within less than 3hrs just by watching her how to split in one day videos. And guess what?? I am coming from broken hip with surgical screws in me so am confident amma get this leg stretch too. Key thing is to LOCK OUT""" THE LEG THAT IS ON THE GROUND

    there's too many splits for a video that said no split needed, its impossible to get this in a day if your not flexible. and you can balance perfectly going from the side,I do it all the time in dance

    My right leg is way more flexible then my left in heel stretches but I've noticed I need to get my left leg more flexible if I'm Going to fly so my question is how do I get my left leg equally flexible as my right because I've been trying but it's realllllly hard.

      Start to work i’m giving your left leg more tension then you’re right switch home start to see it in your heel stretch with your left leg as high as you can contact for about a minute each day go higher and higher for how long you’re going to hold it then try to push it closer to your head keep practicing until you got your heel stretch might not work but it worked for me

    tyyyy im a beginner flyer (i was a base for the longest time ever) so im not that flexible and today my coach for all the flyers to send a picture of our left heel stretch right heel stretch and left arabesque

    I think it only works for learn it in "one day" if you're already flexible. But doing these stretching everyday can help a lot. Very helpful video! :) thanks

    I'm so frustrated, I have to get my heel stretch in 3 days so I can make varsity and I can't do it and I'm literally just crying right now. I've tried so hard but I've always been unflexible even how hard I try and i'm really small so I have to be a flyer and it's just so hard

      Erica Lin Thanks so much! I don't think it's balance though, It's really just because my back isn't flexible and neither is my left leg, and i need my left leg to get on varsity. Pretty frustrating, but thank you for making all these videos you have suck good stretches

    I am very close to my heel stretch!! My leg naturally tends to go sideways and I am "training" my leg to be straight! I practically learned this in one day! I am going to be a cheerleader soon and a gymnast so this was really helpful because I hate to be the kid who knows nothing and the teacher has to babysit them every step of the way so thank you!!!!!

    This is so helpful for my cheer pyramid I have to do one on my left leg that's the leg that we pull everything on and I'm a retired flyer and I got back in the air this year and I lost my front stretches but I still have a good Scorp and I have my heel stretch. Thank you

    This kind of helped you won’t be able to do this right away if you’re not flexible, the person in here was flexible enough to do it in one day I’ve been practicing for two days and I can get it almost straight and I was never flexible person!

    Thanks to your video I can do a heel stretch on both legs. My longest endurance was fourteen seconds.

TBH Your video really helped me... no lie.... because today i watched your video and i did the stretches that you said to do... and i improved on my Heel Stretch... but the only thing now is that i need to learn to bring it closer to my face... cause at times my leg tends to be stretched out further from my face... but i'll still keep practicing every 24/7 to get it... thanks alot for your vid...

    i used to do cheer when i was younger and sometimes i go through phases where i miss it and i genuinely wanna go back to it but i need to be prepared i wanna start teaching myself how to do this again i can’t do my splits anymore and i can’t do my heel stretch so i need to get those back.

      +Cherokee N. no I didn't , I didn't really use this video at all after that day but it did help me for later on when I wanted to do a heel stretch. Almost everyday I'm doing my heel stretch and I got better and better

    This helped me a lot thank u I have to do a heal stretch in my cheer routine but I didn't have it my legs were all the way in the side so I came home looked up how to do it right I saw your video I said let me try I followed it and boom it's so straight and I'm the front thx

    you definetely need your splits because when i didnt have it i couldnt do it at all, but when i got my splits it was very easy i also recommend an oversplits which isnt necessary though

      It's easier with splits, but as long as you have mobile hamstrings you don't necessarily need them
