    This really worked! I did mine in like 5 minutes! I'm a little flexible so it worked! The wall stretch really worked🙌🏻💖

      u were a little flexible so u couldnt do a regualr split or u could..? the leg stand worked in 1 day for u!!???

      Tiffany Ervin wall split really stretches hamstrings so it's a lot harder

      Tiffany Ervin Just because you can do the splits doesn't mean you can automatically do a wall split or get a high leg hold, but I'm sure you'll get there xo

    I think you should do the exercises with the real time , or us (the viewers) have to pause and play the video while we are doing te exercises , but you make great videos and i love them♻️♻️

    Her: You need to make sure you have VERY flexible hamstrings, bc those are a big part of a heel stretch

      Angela kudrick how about u learn a split first cuz I also can't do the hamstring but I watch some of split videos and it took like 3 months not just split u can also get your hamstrings I practice it like everyday a months don't push yourself to much cuz it can make u injured

    Ok so I’m not flexible at all only with my back and I’m trying to be more flexible with my legs so I couldn’t do many of these stretches properly. can you please make a video for beginners if not that is ok I understand you have better things to do thank you for your time 🦋❤️

    im very flexible but i have troubles with my left knee. i did this stretch about 8 weeks ago and whilst in the postion my left knee buckled and i collapsed on the floor with a massive snap. im now having surgery for 5 dislocations of my knee within 2 years. please everyone who attempts this be very careful!! im destroyed at the moment because i cant do my gymnastics which is what i love!!! i do not wish this upon anyone else!!

      hi i know this isnt the right vid. but can u help me. i cant do the back kick over. i can hold myself in the air. like doing a handstand and front walkover.and i am flexible. i just cant push myself up when i do the back kick over any tips?

      +Carrie Bland no cause if u do it up a wall it stretches u out more. I am a dancer and know this from previous advice. Just do your best like she said it doesn't matter if u can't do it as long as you do a stretch

    I was stretching and then I wanted to see how to get a leg hold so I came here and I did the stretches. And when you got to 4:56 I actually was in the proper splits. Before I was so close but not far enough and now thanks to you I'm much more flexible. Tysm this will rlly help with my gymnastics

    if this didn't work everyday sleep with your back on the floor and then pull your leg as close to your chest as possible. its just like doing this 4:31 upside down

    can you do a video on back flexibility P.S back flexibility is my weakness in dance my other body parts are very flexible but I just to seem to have a problem with my back flexibility if you do do a video on how to get a very flexible back it would be very helpful :D

      Try practicing on the wall (like walking down with your hands), and then when your comfortable, take bigger steps and practice on couches. Hope this helps😊
