  • Happy New Year. So excited to announce that Kelly and I have teamed up together to create a 2021 Dream Body Workout Series. We tackle abs, booty, legs, and back making up a total of Eight 5 minute workouts. Part one will be posted on Kelly's & Part two will be posted on mine. Each video will also include a 5 minute stretching routine . You will be stronger, more flexible, and most importantly you will feel and look your best.

    Day 1: felt the intense burn
    Day 2: the burn was amazing
    Day 3: woww.. What a killer workout!
    Day 4: it was amazing
    Day 5: amazing workout!
    Day 6: amazing!!
    Day 7: my booty never felt this better..
    PS: I can see difference.. My booty has become round and luscious but thankfully not huge.. I loved this workout very much..
    Also 2 weeks of dream body challenge done right!!
    2 more weeks to go baby!!

    So excited to do this I have physical school in 2 weeks and I wanna shock everyone once I walk in also I'm thinking of making a zoom meeting with. A bunch of girls with just us doing workouts everyday and having fun

      Heyy!! I have a suggestion before you do these exercises try the booty pump challenge it was like a trend on tiktok. I have been doing it for like 4 days but make sure you have 1 day rest in between because muscles need to heal to be able to grow, and let me tell you it burns so much my butt looks perkier, lifted and fuller I’m not even kidding I consider it as activation it’s only 3min🥰

    My glutes - 40 in
    Sun - Done! Ugh that hurt so bad and feels so good.
    I feel guilty for not being able to do rainbows because of my bone injury. I kept on falling so many times during Gabi's workout. I hope i get better with the exercises soon.
    Mon - I could do the rainbow today. Leg raise is still difficult for me.
    Tue - Wasnt feeling like doing but anyways i did it. Still suck at doing leg raises.
    Wed - Done! I actually never used to do workout and i am so surprised how i am getting into this habit.
    Thur - rest day
    Fri - did only kelly's
    Sat - again kelly's but i swear i love gabi's too 😅😅
    Results -
    Before - 40 in
    After - 40 in
    My opinion - The workout is great, youre gonna feel that intense burn. I didn't see any result cause I wasn't doing all the exercises for the sake of my injured ankle bone. I would like to do these exercises again after getting my ankle better.

    Day 8: I was so sore from last day..but managed to do both the videos ✅
    And now it feels great😂😛

    Day 12: I just did Gabby's and another back workout.

    Am I the only one that when I do these exercises on the left leg/glute I feel them on the other opposite side, and it also happens when I do them on the right leg/glute too 😅😅

      You are probably leaning towards your opposite leg too much. If you try to keep your body centered, you’ll feel it on the side you are working

      This is totally normal and supposed to be like that! Your opposite leg is holding your body weight and has to go “against” the force of your leg when you lift it.

    so i did the abs workout(it worked pretty well omg) for a week and now im going to do this for a week!! Im going to start this one tmr because I want to do one more day of abs so I will be here tmr to update!!
    sun: done and omg it hurt so bad but it was honestly so much fun, I also did an abs workout with this :)
    mon: doneeee it still hurt but it felt faster, I only did these today :)
    tue: done + an abs workout :)
    wed: doneee
    thur: done + an abs workout!! The vids have gotten much easier for me :)

    I'll be doing this for a week and updating here 🙂
    Day 1- I almost died! It was extream burn I'm happy I did it , it feels better now but while doing I was ☠️☠️
    Day 2- yesterday the burn wasn't on my booty but today 🔥🔥 ☠️☠️☠️
    Feels great after completing it.
    Day 3- today it was easier than yesterday but now till I don't do my splits streaching I won't be able to stand my legs hurt. ☠️🔥🔥🔥🔥🙂
    Day 4- ✅ done
    Day 5- can't believe only 2 more days until next workout , it feels really great after completing it and I'm getting better at it 😄
    Day -6 ✅ done
    Day -7 yay finally this week over I see a lot of difference can't wait to start next part tommorow 😊

      @@antonetta6658 aahhh I know I didn't update but I completed the challenge and it was amaziinnnggg!! the burn was reaallll and the workouts made me super sore (i personally like that)! tbh i didn't see any drastic changes in my booty area (because it is only 1 week) but i just felt so good after and while doing this. i really recommend doing it, it made me motivated and feel good about myself!!

      It won't grow the muscle; in order to grow muscles you have to use weights. This workout will only tone the glutes and make it look rounder and perkier
