  • Hey guys it’s G, I know it’s been a while but I’m back. I just got on break from UNI and I thought it would be the perfect time to bring you a banging summer workout series to get you looking fit and snatched this summer.
    I’ll be posting two intense 5-minute workouts a week for four weeks straight. This week we are starting with a 5 Minute Intense AB Workout. This is my go-to intense ab routine. It’s difficult but the results are insane. I have combined my favorite and most intense exercises to lose belly fat.
    I suggest doing this workout once or twice a day. The burn is real but you got this! Stick with me and let’s get our summer bodies banging.

    This one absolutely burns but like, it doesn’t burn a lot, it’s kinda easy to do, does that mean I’m doing it wrong? All of your other workouts has been very hard the first week but not this one🧐 feels like I’m doing something wrong.🗿 If anyone knows what it can be or what I’m doing wrong, please help!😊

      I think these workouts are good for toning but her older workouts are more burning/losing belly fat yk?

      If you've been doing her workouts for a while then you probably have gained muscle that made it easier for you to do this. But just to be sure, check the mirror and make sure you're doing the right form

    I think my 2nd time doing this workout this week, I was shaking and in my opinion this one is harder than the other ab workout in this series. I have weak arm muscles so my arms were shaking but I feel good after.

      My 2nd week doing these so my third time. My arms were shaking, again, but this time the first sets of every move were a lot easier. The set went by like phoof!

      @@manowie6569 I'm seeing small improvement. In general can't say much in just 3 days. The only remarkable result I've noticed in these 3 days is after her arms workout 💪 that is incredible

    This is fine but too light for me. Subbed back because it's a genuine nice effort and got me motivated to create a training routine to use at home.

      I did this was best given 3 minutes everytime before fall asleep & 3minutes once wake-up and 3minutes after 2hrs take lunch =3 times a day stay doing it for 2 weeks..hope this additional info able to help you😍🥰😘

      Hi :3 Talking from my experience (I only have a little fat on my stomach) it'll take around 2-3 weeks to see the best results. They are guaranteed in the first week since this really puts your muscles to work, though!!
