    | SATURDAY| Yoga/Pilates Flow 17:00-17:40 & Beginner Yoga Flow 18:00-18:40

    Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)
    How it works:
    With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.

    I'm always amazed at how 18minutes goes by soooo quickly! It's like my body really needs these stretches and 18minutes feels like 7min :) Thanks. p.s. the cat is sooo cute

    Hey, I've been doing your split-stretching videos for about 2 years now and I've improved soo much with my split, but my back leg just won't go down. It's always in a angle like your back leg at 7:14. I'm not making any progress there, any tips?

      Yes, 100%! It’s really important to be super warm, to the point of breaking a sweat is perfect! Like after finishing a workout 😊
