In this 20 min middle split stretches video, we will go over stretches great for beginners and all levels. Great way to get started if you never tried to stretch your middle splits. :)

Offering lessons on jumps, spins, choreography, choreo polishing, skating skills and tricks (spirals, split jumps, etc.)
How it works:
With my obstbot tripod, my phone can follow my movements on the ice, so you are able to see what I am doing during the lesson.

Thank you! I almost have my front splits, but my middle split progress is non existent😂 frog pose always made me cry a little. Im really going to keep doing these and hope it helps! I for sure feel these.
