    I followed your 4 week middle splits challenge everyday and thanks I got my splits nearly in 23 days, I'm sharing my journey
    When I started i struggled with flexibility, it was painful but I continued to do it.🥺 In the last week I saw the results coming, my distance reduced and got closed to floor. Then I did this two times daily, and finally I can do it.🤗🥰💞

      मैं 52 साल का हुँ
