    For the past one month I have been doing leg split streching exercise, but previous 3-4 days I am having constant pain in my legs Due to which I am also having difficulty in walking and I feel constant tension in my veins. now i'm not able to do my exercise because of that., Is this pain is normal or should I stop my exercise?

      Hi. Pain is normal for everyone. You have to relax for few days. After release of tension you have to start again. Do oil message regularly.
