- It's a CARDIO day! NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED so let's work to sweat together and finish with a nice long deep stretch!
Today we are working in interval style and I will be switching the interval times so be ready for some variety and some straight up HARD WORK! I really want you to push yourself today through shorter and longer intervals! We are going to crush this cardio workout with modifications if you need them! Move right into the deep stretch with me as this is very important right after a good cardio workout! Thank you for sweating with me!

Intense..amazing...good way to start my day
Before i just finished 30min upper body and i was so motivated to do some cardio, at first i wanted to do 60min cardio but i told to myself "don´t be so motivated sometimes less is more" so i crushed this workout. Now my sweat is everywhere falling down because my fat tissue is crying. Big thank you, amazing job! :)

I've only tried one of your workouts so far, but have been saving all the ones that I think I might like. I'm so amazed how you are able to put out a new workout EVERY SINGLE DAY! That's insane. You're awesome and HAVE to be so freakin fit! I'd like to do a rotation using all your workouts, but to be honest, my head can't handle going up and down from the ground during cardio. Not sure if I could sub and do the ones on the ground standing. Any suggestions?

Holy cow that was so tough but awesome. Everyday i get stronger and more flexible. Even notice my tight feet loosening up abit everyday because of regular stretching of my hamstrings and calves. ❤💪

Crushed it! Plantar fasciitis acting up again, so had to back off of the jumping parts. Still got a great workout. Don't think that just because you can't jump, you won't still get a good sweat on 😅
