  • It's a CARDIO day! NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED so grab your mat and let's work to sweat together and finish with a 10 minute 10 stretch!
    Today we are working in interval style and I will be switching the interval times so be ready for some variety and some straight up HARD WORK! I really want you to push yourself today through shorter and longer intervals! We are going to crush this cardio workout with modifications if you need them! Move right into the deep stretch with me as this is very important right after a good cardio workout! Thank you for sweating with me!
