  • It's a CARDIO day! NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED so let's work to sweat together and finish with a 15 minute deep stretch!
    Today we are working in interval style and I will be switching the interval times so be ready for some variety and some straight up HARD WORK! I really want you to push yourself today through shorter and longer intervals! We are going to crush this cardio workout with modifications if you need them! Move right into the deep stretch with me as this is very important right after a good cardio workout! Thank you for sweating with me!

    So many cardio workouts have too much down time, but I LOVE this one because it’s quality cardio and agility work with only very short breaks between, and there’s plenty of variety. Also very much appreciate a good stretch. Highly recommend this video and many of your others, thanks for all that you do!!

    I like having the variety of 2 longer work periods and then 2 tabata rounds! It breaks it up and let’s you push hard! The longer stretch was a nice bonus too!!

    Per my Apple Watch, I burned about 370 calories before the stretch. I really liked the workout. I pulled my shoulder muscle last week and need to avoid burpee and mountain climbers like exercises until it heals. There was only one similar exercise in 45 minutes so I was able to modify and move on easily. I didn't feel like I was limiting myself and burned a lot of calories! Thank you, Sydney!

    You are the cutest young lady!!! I enjoy doing the workouts because of your personality. You are real and even though you're in fantastic shape you suffer a little too. Sweating, breathing heavy, but being cute and knowing your craft the whole time!!! I am 50 yrs old and do NOT do the modifications. I appreciate the challenge👍😌.

    Oh my god, that was one of the hardest workouts I've done! My average bpm was almost 140, and that for a long workout is a lot! And what a surprise the 15min stretch at the end, really made it all worth it. Thank you

    I needed more cardio in my workouts. I wish we had more of this cardio in our current program. I loved it and my heartrate got up fast. However, whoever can burn 600 calories I would love to know how high your heart rate was, Mine stayed between 140-165 and I only burned 350 cal

    Great workout Sydney - I LOVED that you didn't include burpees - god I hate those. I also liked the format and although the exercises weren't that hard at first, I was wrecked by the end of the class. I felt challenged but able to keep up!

    This is the first video I burned more calories then noted. This was a great workout from start to finish. I usually skip the stretch to lift weight but after the cardio my body really needed the stretch. Thanks Sydney. #yourAlmostAt100K👊🏽🤙🏽✌🏽
