  • Happy Tuesday! No equipment needed today! We are working on power and cardio so you just need a sweat towel and some water!
    I am so excited to go through these new movements with you guys today and truly show you how strong your body can be, how balanced you can be, and how hard you can push yourself! We are working for 20 seconds and resting for 10 seconds during this workout for the entire workout so I need you to crank up the intensity and let's get to work!

    Loved doing this “oldie but goodie” today. I feel happy for wiper blade donkey kicks as a move and fun plyo lunge and squat combos. Love taking deeper dives in to the “vault” and digging up some fun so that I can stay consistent and focused on being “my” best!

    I hit this cardio out of the ballpark!! It was AWESOME!! I'm a burpee-chick so I was thrilled to see them in this workout. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ALL YOUR WORKOUTS; especially the Tabata & Hiit/Cardio style drills. You keep things fresh and exciting. Thank you for all the sweat rolling off my body.

    Barely crushed it.... but I did. Very proud of myself because I’ve been feeling so heavy the last couple of days but I knew all the energy I needed can only come from inside/within me, so I got up, pushed my self to go work out and I’m glad I did🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
