I'm so proud of myself when I can make it through without pausing or modifying, but I love it when I can keep up with Sydney! Definitely good evidence that the consistency is working! For anyone not sure about adding weights for the kick-boxing like moves or jumping with weights, I highly recommend looking for soft (like fabric with beans inside soft) 1 or 2lb weights that have hand straps. I got mine at TJMaxx for $5 and they make a world of difference for these kinds of workouts!

Sydney, I have been doing your workouts for about 9 months now, and I LOVE them! Your energy is great, the variety is awesome (I like to do different things every day), and your instruction is on point. While I haven't lost any weight, I have noticed a big difference in the tone of my body. I am curious, though, (and I know everyone's body is different), but I consistently only burn about half the calories that you do. I am 5'4", 125 lbs. Should there be that big of a difference? I am always wiped out at the end of every workout, so I feel like I'm "crushing it!" :) Thanks for your hard work and dedication. I am so glad I found your channel!!
