      I really enjoyed the flow of this workout. Was afraid of tabata cos it felt like a long time since we last did one...but post workout made me feel DARN SUPER GOOD ❤️❤️ crushed it!

    8. Jumping lunge touch down

    Exercises two and three, five and six, and nine and 10 are super sets.
    Abs circuit X3 rounds
    1. Circle plank
    2. Left hip dip
    3. Right hip dip
    4. Left side plank rotation
    5. Right side plank rotation
    6. Flutter kicks x3 rounds

    So am back after a 13 days break I have been true hell these last few days I lost my mom to cancer yesterday was her memorial service and I am shaking but I know mom would want me to be happy and healthy so am trying my hardest prayers up I need them.

    Thank you Jesus for Sydney and Dustin! Totally life changing, One Day at A Time! Did thdi in place of te leg workout for today, going to do legs and glutes tomorrow with my husband! So happy for this sweat festival today! I did not think 1 time about what else is going on in my household while doing my workout! Then added a 10 minute HIIT after this. I am DONE now! Completely!

    Fav: plank circles.
    Calisthenics take a different type of mental strength than weights. Love that it makes me dig inside of my self for a quiet and still strength versus push, force, and exertion.

    I loved this workout and was surprised how intense it was for a short one! Sydney never disappoints. I love so many things about her but my favorite is her humility and down to earth acknowledging of her humanness: she makes you feel valued and reminds you to never criticize yourself. We all sweat, we all mess up and we are all beautiful!! Love you Sydney 💗💖💗💪🏽

    Of the many things I enjoy about Sydney’s workouts, the fact that the workout length varies each day is one of the best parts. If every day it was a 45 or 50 minute workout, I think I would grow tired of it. I love the variety and consistency she gives us.

    I often see in the comments we should be afraid of 30 minute workouts. I usually don’t agree…but today you should be afraid! Ok not really, you should be motivated, and determined to crush it. But definitely wear your game face!

    Wow thank you!!! I’ll be honest I never do cardio type workouts, I have asthma and PTSD that always seem to get in the way. Iiii crushed it!! I’ve been here just since the beginning of summertime fine but I’m a lifelong follower now for sure! I used to be so athletic and after having babies my body just wasn’t put back together easily. I’ve been working out at home again for about a year and a half before I found Sydney. So so impressed with her and myself!! Again, thank you so much!! 🥳

    I can always count on Sydney to shove me out of my comfort zone. The little voice in my head saying a 30 minute workout isn't enough, a no equipment workout isn't enough, or maybe it'll be so intense I'll fail or be absolutely miserable the whole time so why not pick a 50 minute strength workout instead? Nope, instead I trusted Sydney and committed to doing every workout on schedule this month. And this workout just about killed me but in the best way. So sweaty, so tired, but so proud of myself. Crushed it!

    I had to take three weeks off because of some injuries and some vacations, and I've been really down on myself for taking an extended break. But, I'm done with that, because I'm getting back into the swing of things now! That matters!!! I'm really proud of myself. Thank you Sydney!!

    I was so worried at the end cause I got behind in the planks and I was like. Oh no.
    But when I went back I realized Sydney just missed the right side of the elbow over 😅😅 some days it be like that. Great burner nonetheless! We love the rawness hahaha

    This one is a great one I love the Tabata style workouts!!!!. After a month later I still have it my all and I crushed it with a ton of energy. I skipped the last two workout only because I got back to work after being a stay at home mom for over a year. So I had to get used to the long hrs again and I felt like I was missing something those two days not working out with you. But I needed my body to rest after working 10 hrs. But I will def make your workouts work after my 10hr shifts!!. I love you Sydney ❤️❤️💪🏽💪🏽

    Today I took my workout outside in my backyard. A first! I feel so much stronger that I have been working out with you. My husband and I found you on RUclips during the pandemic.     I loved this tabata today as I think we should move fast too but I loved the EMOM. It made me sweat, feel powerful and like I was working each part of my body. I love separating out my body areas so last month of biceps and back, glutes and abs, etc. was the best way to focus on each area and make them strong. Thank you for your hard work always.

    Although I had to pause twice to catch my breath, I was able to do way better than I did a year ago when I first started. My calorie count is higher, which lets me know my metabolism is faster, and I’m pushing myself way harder than I used to. For those of you who doubt Sydney, take this in consideration. It takes time and effort to reach your goals!

    lovely work out.One very damp sweat towel and owner. Using this as warm up for my swim- aim 2-3 k. With 45 min intermed pilates class later in the early afternoon.. Today is my max out day! Have a good day everyone and Thank you Sydney for spurring me on.

    Crushed it! I love all your challenges. My favourites are strength with jump rope. I think it would be great to have a challenge where the whole month is 30 minute workouts.
