    I am going to take you through a great stretch today to work on the muscles that are tight and sore in your arms and legs! As with any stretch it is important to make sure you relax and push yourself right outside what is comfortable! You will benefit from this stretch the most if you really push yourself! I calculate all of my calories using an Apple Watch 3 with the High Intensity Interval Training Workout application and I am 28 years old, 5’8”, and weigh 145lbs so you can use my few factors as well as my intensity level to gauge yourself.
    In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. I use my knowledge from my NASM certifications, bachelor’s degree, nursing school experience, and my elite athletic background to lead you through workouts designed to make you a stronger, more balanced athlete. My goal is to get you closer to your goals with each workout!

    I've been doing yoga for 13 years and there are some stretches in here that I have never done. This video stretches some muscles that desperately need attention yet rarely get it! Thank you.

    Stretching is so important to feeling our best and moving safely as we age. I am 71 and not naturally flexible so I use yoga blocks to sit on to help tilt my pelvis forward, to support my hips in pigeon pose and to “lengthen” my arms. I highly recommend them to make maintaining alignment easier while stretching.

    Really enjoyed the last 1/2 of the stretch. I don't do well sitting on the floor for stretches my back bothers me so I try to go as far as I can then I stand up if I can do the stretches standing.

    Hey Sydney💋💋💋 everyday I’m here with you. it’s been a yr now since I found you. I am so happy bcz you helped me so much to change my life, I have so many doubts before but you changed me I am very positive person now🥰 from 58kls to 54 kls now 👏👏with healthy diet I choose to maintain my weight bcz I don’t want to be skinny. some people who don’t me they can’t believe me I am turning 38 yrs old on Tuesday 😊😊 they think I am on my 20´s🤣🤣🤣
