    The focus of this workout is athletic cardio and to get your heart rate up we are working hard to use sports to drive us! NO equipment needed and we will be working for 45 seconds, 30 seconds, 20 second intervals and and resting for 15 and 10 seconds. Be ready to move quickly with me!     I DESPISE cardio. I always have. But you push me and motivate me to get through it. I'm getting stronger and slowly but surely my endurance is getting better. I know I need the cardio for losing weight, but whew I'm dripping wet! Thank you for a great workout 💪

    This was a fun non stop workout! As usual. at starting. it felt like so doable!! Fastforward in 15 mins and I only have time to drink from my water bottle, breathe and go again! Love me some Sydney and Thank you my friend and fellow squadie, Julia, for posting about this workout!

    I've been running with my XC team this week so I've been missing your workouts, hence doing this workout 8/18 instead of 8/13. I need to thank you for getting me in shape this summer! I am able to run 4+ miles a day with my kids! Crushed this workout! Loved it!
