    This is really really very effective. I've done this and have got very good results. Only thing is, after completing, should turn to your left or right side and get up slowly. Should not do any fast or sharp movements in this. It helps to reduce belly as well gives a good shape to the body.

    2. Is there a best time in the day to do this (like morning, evrning, before food, empty stomach, etc,)?
    3. Can we get up facing upwards or is it better to turn and get up?

    Bro I would have one suggestion that is after doing this exersice pls do get up Turing to your right or left and that is the way to get up. Since I had done yoga in school days my sir would tell us to get up after turning to your left or right
