Hi sir i have seen your video.really super sir.really you are giving very nice training for beginners. I am at present walking at my home terrace sir. I have one doubt sir i am having one stepper app sir thru which it will show how many steps you have walked. My doubt is whether we can use this app for walking and if we are using in a day how many steps we can walk and how much time we require to walk. Is it ok to use this app sir. Please advice sir. My name is lakshmi and my age is 47 years and at present my weight is 73 kg. Sir you told to send BMI at the time of sending any queries to you so due to lockdown how to check this BMI sir. Please help and i really loved all your exercices which you taught without going to gym and doing safely at home.

💯 Days Challenge
*Target for each exercise*
.
*Push-Ups* - 2:40
1. Push-ups in 3 sets with 15 push-up each totalling 45
(Lvl 1: start with wall push-ups
Lvl 2: then move to slanted position and
Lvl 3: on the ground - 1st trial on leg crossed position and then
Lvl 4: regular push-ups)
.
*Step-Ups* - 7:30
2. Step up 25 steps on each leg 3 sets for each leg totalling 75 steps (same leg up and same leg down)
.
*Free Squat* - 9:40
3. Free Squat in 3 sets with 25 squats each totalling 75 (start with a basic moral support and after few days, do it without support)
.
*Plank* - 13:10
4. Plank 1 min in each set totalling 3 sets
.
For each set, we can give 1 minute gap or do the other exercise if we can. We should do all 3 sets at the same time (not like 1 set in the morning, 1 in afternoon and 1 in the evening).
.
Start everything with ¼th of the target and slowly increase when we can do more. But the target is as mentioned above...
.
*Points To Take care*
Use shoes while doing Step-Ups
.
Use Yoga mat while doing push-ups and plank
.
Do it in the morning/evening in empty stomach (can have water)
