    It really helps and also relaxes. Covid time was best. Had all the time in the world. Went for long walks with no vehicles on the road. Have reduced 4 kgs.

    Before seeing this video I started deit perday 1200cal intake, walking 1. 30 hrs, iam 74. 500kg, only 4days l followed deit and walking now iam 73kg.i followed regular home made food only but I calculate calories help of healthiefy app.

    Just complete 10000 steps daily, you will feel the difference within a month...
    Then after food also you can do walking, it will help to digest your food easily and you will feel light and will get good sleep also...
    You can do walk in your house terrace or garden, no issues... Just do walking, happy walking. 👍

    Started walking end up with jogging
    Started jogging end up with ground exercise
    Started ground exercise end with gym

    Bro naan night shift la work panren... En shift nyt 3.30 ku mudiyum... So naan early mrng 5 to 6 walk polaama daily... Walk poitu vandu thoonguna... Any benefit irukuma???
