udal vaagu enru onru undu.... but generally, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, no meat, no fried items, no processed foods, no sugary foods, 1 cup rice per day, 1 cup dhaal, 1 cup thayir or mor... eat only when hungry, not because it is meal time... drink 8-10 (8 ounce glass) water.... 1 cup coffee or tea per day.... simple meals, daily walk for 30-45 minutes-brisk walk...12 rounds of surya namaskar early in the morning ....works well for majority of people with normal health...

Hi Suji ( and all). Some tips:
1. 7000 calories loss is approx 1kg weight loss.
2. Per day, you should be in calorie loss of 500 calories max through food ( if losing weight only through food loss, you will have loose skin as fat post weight loss! Check internet on loose skin).
3. You can additionally go for calorie loss through exercise.
4. 700 calorie deficit per day through diet and exercise, will help you to lose approx 1 kg in 10 days. Hence, realistic target will be max 3kgs in a month.
5. First, the weight loss will be water loss. Hence weight lost in 1st week should not be counted. Weight consist of water, muscle and fat. You should not loose water & muscle, but should lose only fat loss. Hence exercise is a must and drink lots of water everyday to avoid water loss.

Please don’t let your body gain weight. From experience I’m saying I reduced up to 61 but because of my careless now I’m 68-69 finding very hard to reduce weight but now working hard to lose . So try fasting weekly twice at least for 16 hrs. Detox food weekly once other days eat normal home cooked but on limit

@@radhikashekar7596 I have no time for workout . So will do walk whenever I’m free . Food mostly high protein like paneer egg chicken. Will have soup for lunch sometime. Avoid white rice wil take brown rice and any healthy dosa like oats moong dal or Chana etc. as I can’t eat light in night will feel hungry when cook for family. And will have donnyby max 6 pm. But still my weight loss is slow.
