Here are my details
circumference - 97 CM
Weight - 86.1 kgs
Height - 176
Calories required : 2199
Calories expenditure - 2200 , Waist - 35 inches
I am 191 lbs and waist is 117 cms. Started with your time restricted feeding and I see very good results and also I sleep well.
calorie requirement = 2000 cal, waist: 90cms
When I started taking 1meal per day..I reduced from 94.35kg to 76kg,No exercise at all..It's very simple,ur body is being determined with what you eat daily.
How many days u have followed one meal a day?
I never heard Tamil but I am getting good at it. Keep going on in Tamil.

The contents are very useful. But the music in between your voice decreases the sound clarity. So please avoid music then only the voice may be contrasting.

Calorie in calories out is old world now. Broccoli, choco chips cookies and cheese bring out different hormones response. I lost 25 kilos in two years. Fasting and restricted eating. Am 68. Diabetes under control.

waist circumference should be around 90 - You could stick with 1800 calories per day for 1-2 months and assess the response. Please follow up on the part 2 video on how to calculate it.

Dr sir, calorie counting okay but can't continued lifetime unless we consider weight gain as hormonal issue. Insulin is the key for the weight gain, simple carbohydrates will have highest insulin spike and protein moderate and fat will have least . If want to sustain weight loss achieved the key is to avoid insulin spike. If we look in this angle weight loss otherwise calorie counting will not all work. In this regard low carb high fat (good fat😀) will work... our carbs should from vegetables which have fiber and fat from ghee, butter, pure coco, coconut, animal fat, avocado ,protein from eggs and meats or nuts.. this should be way forward. If we do calorie counting then we may not suppress the hunger ( main reason is insulin fluctuations) we will 100% fail and back to square only sir

You might have read the book 'Good Calories Bad Calories' by Gary Taubs which dismantles the idea of calorie counting and makes a strong case for looking at the KIND of calories we take in, not the NUMBER of calories (For example calories from broccoli is not the same as that from chips). I would like your view on that. Thanks.
