    dr....congrats ....my lockdown increased weight brought down by your motivational,down to earth talks, saravanakumar, intermittent fasting, mypal, deficit calorie food intake,double active fitness sch....reduced around 4.5 kg in 30 days...83.4 to 78.6(weight measurement daily after fitness 7.30AM)

    Anna I saw ur video today. It's really helpful. My weight increased after pregnancy and my weight is 9 kgs more than my ideal weight. I was diagnosed with fatty liver 4 months before. Thanks for the info. I will follow that to lead a healthy lifestyle

    One of the best knowledge you have shared. It's worth you studied doctor and practiced for yourself.
    Note to all: Before checking your blood sugar level early morning before food. Please think what you ate a day before. 😀 Don't follow doctor who simply prescribe medicine without seeing what you eat daily, they studied for prarma company not for building healthy society.
    If everyone follow this method. Kolors clinic will shutdown in India 😀
    My data
    2005 - 102kg. No proper knowledge still managed to reduce 30kg
    2009 - 70kg.
    2020 - 98kg post marriage effect.

    Sir amazing video. But i seriously can't believe that it is you before and after. 😁😁😁 I have been following your videos and in last 2 yrs, from taking vaccine shots to following diet it has greatly helped me. I am a pcod patient, but I got my periods rectified and I was taking treatment for getting pregnant last 10yrs. Still without gaining any weight I am constantly at 72-76kgs. Becoz I follow diet, walking and especially no eating after 7pm atleast 3 days a week. Also I take 200ml warm water morning and night. I'm so happy to say your videos helped me greatly.. Hoping to continue it without glitches.

    Hi Doc, hope you are doing good well. I checked the TDEE calculator and found that I should maintain 1757cal/day and my waist measures 93cm which I am very much worried about. My eating schedule is from 10:00am till 8:00pm max. I go for walking regularly for 30mins. I am gng to start following your instructions seriously and would like to hear your thoughts.

    We, as a family have been following your weight loss videos since March 2021.
    My husband is trying to reverse his diabetes and his hba1c took last month was 6.5.
    I have reduced my BMI from 24.4 to 23 and my heart burn issue has gone now.

    Sir, I am 48 years old, I was 98 kg, height 174 kg, I have tried & keep on trying and now I loss my weight about 3 kg within a month and I set my colorie goal in whole day 1,750 whether it's okay or need to reduce more colorie please advise in this regard, accidentally I saw your video & I am really happy with your video because of me four more members in my family started the diet following.     1.how can we deal with the hunger after the eating window.. it's very tough for me as a beginner..
    2. do we really need to cut off the sugar in tea/coffee? or can we even have tea/ coffee as a first thing in the morning?
    3. is there any fat burner u would prefer such as Lemon in the warm water, green tea, Matcha,etc?

    Hello doc. I have ordered my food scale yet to be delivered 😀 .. actually I am into. 16 hr fasting window comfortably now . Initially I found it difficult with all night craving food and sleepness less but now I am able to do it with ease .Not seen much reduction in wt though. Once I get the food weighing scale I will text you my data as requested.

    Dr Pal please explain about consuming daily a spoon of chia seeds and it’s benefits in the weight loss.
    Dr actually I started my fitness pal for 5 weeks and I lost 2 kgs. Then I dint follow it… now again after this video going to start entering it with a motivating factor!

    Hi Dr. Pal I always appreciate your content. It has been informative.
    I have a problem of belly fat which developed after my two C-section. I'm normal on the BMI scale (61 kg/165 cm). I have been doing heavy intensity workout like 15 mins planks. Doing this my weight has dropped but the belly fat remains the same.
    What in your view do I need to do to reduce my belly fat. Will greatly appreciate your suggestions.

      While you are tempering for any dishes 1tsp oil is enough, if you are a non-veg avoid more oil for tempering( tadka or தாளிக்கும் போது),if you prepare fish curry, you no need to tempering at all. Avoid coconut oil, coconut in your diet.For poriyal instead of adding grated coconut add coarse horse gram. If you need more information you can follow my diet channel too. That's up to your wish. I'm a dietitian. I’m 47 yrs old my weight is 48kg only.

    1. 7am-745am 4km walk at 5.5 kph,
    2. a cup (200gm) of Old Rice (Palayathu),
    3. at10am and 3pm 2x120ml Tea without sugar,
    4. at 1pm, 2 chappathies+1 cup curd (No sugar/No Salt)+a cup of vegetables+2 Appalams+150gm rice with sambar.
    5. at 6pm Yoga and pranayamam for 40 mts ( min 4/5 days a week)
    6. at 8;30pm two dosas and chutney and
    7. at10pm 200ml milk without sugar.
    Water Intake around 2.5 to 3 ltrs a day. Can you suggest where I am making mistake so that I am not loosing wait. It is lingering between 74 and 75 kg. My target is only 72kg. I hope this target is ok or still lower is preferred.
    I am keenly waiting for your valuable recommendations pl.

    Hi Doctor , I checked the TDEE Calc 2603/day and my waist 105 CM, hip 110cm. A start intermediate fasting after watch you recent video and try to maintain 12 hours to 14 hours.

    Dear sir,
    I am a physically handicapped lady.( polio left leg 80%affected )
    My wt 72.8 kg. ( October / 2021) Now my wt 69.5 kg.January20/2022
    No gym.
    No exercise.
    No paleo,keto, intermittent diet.
    I decreased my food level.
    Is it possible to decrease 20 kg in 1 year ?
    I want to become 52 kg. (duration 1 year )

      Dont worry
      Decrease 1 hour from dinner time and follow for 6 weeks. Gradually, you can adjust to ideal eating time 10 am to 6 pm. Take healthy and fiber rich foods with minimum 1200 and maximum 1800 calories. Do some exercise

    Till now Im calculating calories consumed approximately. Whenever I have a high calorie sweet or snack I reduce the rice in the next meal. Now I will try this app and find out my daily calorie requirement.
