    He is true.
    Before my wedding, I started following this 4 basic workout and I reduced my hip inches from 35 to 29
    But sadly after marriage, I did not do it regularly coz of some issues..so again going back to a pathetic stage.
    So, follow his advice especially walking..believe it. It really works. It worked for me now I am again trying to lose fat. All the best guys.
