    Hello, beautiful! How are you?
    Welcome to a New Cardio Fat Burning + EXTRA Abdominal Routine.
    Taking advantage of the end of the Christmas festivities and therefore having to compensate for the "excesses" typical of these dates, today I bring you a Fat Burning Cardio Routine longer than usual. During 50 minutes we will work constantly, without stopping, all areas of the body, combining toning exercises, for arms, legs and abdomen, with aerobic exercises.
    Following the Tabata method (20 "-10") we will do a total of 6 blocks of exercises and we will finish with an EXTRA of abdominal work. Each block will consist of three exercises focused on working the different areas of the body (legs, arms and abdomen) and between block and block there is an active rest of 1 minute. Both during the exercise sequence and in the "breaks" the body keeps moving at all times.
    As in each Cardio Routine, I indicate the NON-IMPACT or less intense version of each exercise and increase the intensity of it progressively. So a person with problems in knees, hips, back, who can not jump, could also do this routine by staying in the initial version throughout the exercise sequence.
