I really really like her long workouts and when it’s shown in this video rather than the in home vibe it’s easier to see on the white background and I’m so thankful for her motivation and time as a trainer I feel like she is helping me after my body has been through a lot

I kinda like the change up between clock and timer. It seems to follow my mood. I'm not sure about anyone else. These weekly workouts sets are great. It keeps me moving and motivated. I actually recommend your videos to several people even my dietician I'm working with.

I have lost over 2 inches and my metabolism is amazing...went from doing a poo 3 to 4 times a week to twice a day(sorry TMI, but I'm so happy about all this). Absolutely loved this workout Lucy! Couldn’t believe it was over when the “workout done” flashed on the screen! The variety kept us motivated to finish... Although I’m nowhere near fit, by doing your shorter walking workouts for the last few weeks, looks like I’ve unknowingly built up some stamina as I wasn’t about to collapse at the end of this workout as I would have earlier... thanks for everything u do!! I've been working out routinely for about 3 months and I now need something new.. I've found this workout yesterday and decided to do it today. At the beginning I was not sure whether or not I could finish this workout because it looks very promising but also hard, but I did it. I am so glad. loved the 30 minute workout really got me sweating. The format was easy to follow. I like the timer and appreciate that you did not show us where we were in the 30 minutes. Focusing on one exercise at a time does make the time fly by.

These are workouts that I can appreciate because they are short but power packed. Work your way up if you can't do full 7 minutes at first...just keep working at it.
Hi Lucy, I love these 30 min workouts because it is so much more convenient to finish my entire workout over one video than trying patch one together with all your many options. That is not to say that the shorter ones did not help... They are great too because they helped me build my stamina and confidence and brought me to this point. Thanks or posting this! I have ran a couple marathon in the past but have not done much for a year due to injury. I ran across your videos and love that I can do it without hurting myself. The stretching is fantastic and love that I can do it at home with no equipment needed. I like the big clock.
I cannot thank you enough I just started your 7 min arms series I know it’s just a start but I absolutely love it I need to do more I am 51 and wonder if you can actually transform your body? I also have been diagnosed with prolapse I was seeing a specialist PT who told me I can pretty much do most exercises as long as I don’t bear down or hold my breath I definitely need to exercise and tone a lot of flab to tone if possible and I definitely need to get rid of the belly fat where of course most of the weight is LOL not good for prolapse ughh! I cannot thank you enough for your inspiration and wonderful tutorials God bless🙏❤️

Just completed this workout and I’m now feeling great. The way it is set out you don’t don’t realise you’ve been working out for over 30 minutes.
LOVE THIS WORKOUT!! The only change I'd like to see is a larger stopwatch lol (I don't wear my glasses when working out)

At the beginning I was not sure whether or not I could finish this workout because it looks very promising but also hard, but I did it. I am so glad. loved the 30 minute workout really got me sweating. The format was easy to follow. I like the timer and appreciate that you did not show us where we were in the 30 minutes. Focusing on one exercise at a time does make the time fly by.
Keep the stop watch please good way to time yourself. I like to time when I can do my high knees and jogging. Love this walk.

These are workouts that I can appreciate because they are short but power packed. Work your way up if you can't do full 7 minutes at first...just keep working at it.
Hi Lucy, I love these 30 min workouts because it is so much more convenient to finish my entire workout over one video than trying patch one together with all your many options. That is not to say that the shorter ones did not help... They are great too because they helped me build my stamina and confidence and brought me to this point. So thank you and hope you can make a wider variety of longer workouts. Thanks again.

Thanks or posting this! I have ran a couple marathon in the past but have not done much for a year due to injury. I ran across your videos and love that I can do it without hurting myself. The stretching is fantastic and love that I can do it at home with no equipment needed. I like the big clock.

I cannot thank you enough I just started your 7 min arms series I know it’s just a start but I absolutely love it I need to do more I am 51 and wonder if you can actually transform your body? I also have been diagnosed with prolapse I was seeing a specialist PT who told me I can pretty much do most exercises as long as I don’t bear down or hold my breath I definitely need to exercise and tone a lot of flab to tone if possible and I definitely need to get rid of the belly fat where of course most of the weight is LOL not good for prolapse ughh! I cannot thank you enough for your inspiration and wonderful tutorials God bless🙏❤️

Looove this. Quit smoking and i am back on track with working out. Lost 20 kg the last 1 1/2 years and stopped doing your workouts (dont ask why, I dont even know). Now i am so motivated and did this great 30 mins. I am so happy right now!
