I'm a 239lbs woman,my thighs and arms are thick and I been doing Lucy work out for 3 weeks. My arms and thighs have changed. My inner thighs and arms were wrinkled and right before my eyes they are smoothing out!!!😁😁😁😁 So I encourage you don't stop let's keep up the good work!!!

What a tricky trainer you are Lucy! Looks very easy but it certainly has made me sweat for a change. I am 67 years old, enjoy walking but never exercising until I found you on RUclips. Now I am addicted and there's not many days in the last 4 months that I haven't done 2 or more workouts. I have now lost 10 kg and I am thrilled. It’s easier to be slim and beautiful when you are 20’s. Ever since I found out Lucy’s age, I respect this lady very much. I think she is truely the best example of looking young and fit among workout videos in RUclips.

Lucy I have to share my thanks and gratitude for your channel. Not only have I lost weight following your plans but I so appreciate how you are always modesty dressed during your videos. I have young children and most videos woman are jumping around in underwear and it is so unnecessary to be dressed so revealing. It is clear you are in shape and don't need to be in your bikini to prove it. So thank you for your modesty and being so family friendly in your attire 😊
Dear Lucy! I am following your exercise from last 6 months and I lost 10 kg so far that too without dieting as I am a mother of 10 months baby but I was eating healthy.

@@wendygreen2099 Mostly I did her 7 day challenge in the morning, 4 mins during night and 20 mins indoor walking in the evening.

This is doable even when I'm pregnant. I do this whenever I feel lazy to do resistance training. Works wonders. Thanks, Lucy!

Loved this workout! Burned 168 calories, registered as 1 mile in distance and my heart rate range was 112-150bpm. I burnt more calories than walking a mile, it was more fun and I broke into a sweat

Loved this workout. I felt every muscle has been moved. I am 62 and on a mission to feel good. I have reduced my weight by 14lbs by reducing carbs and I follow a Lucy workout every day as well as 8000 steps.

Thanks a lot. I am 41 from my childhood I have thyroid so always fatty this made me inferiority complex besides I am short only 3.9cm but weight 80. Mother of two yet don't go out feeling bad. I am doing this exercise after my 15 minute Home inch loss walk.
Specially in this time of Covid 19- theres nothing to do - so I do some of your exercise .
The result to me is positive. At my age , your moves are just right for me.

Hi Lucy, in the scenario when we are stuck inside our houses (thanks to Corona virus and we are self quarantining), your workout videos have come as saviors. Today I was searching for workout videos which I can do easily when I'm working from home and have a 2 year old kid. I felt fantastic and even positive after the workout. It not only gave me energy, but also a hope that things will be soon better. Thanks so much.
P. S. : today is my first day of the workout. I will try and do these exercises every other day and see the results. 😁

Congratulations Lucy, this new session allows me to improve my physical condition, to work my balance. until now I was doing the 20 minutes full body the we and the week the 7 munites to lose stubborn belly fat. I have great results my boyfriend told me you have lost weight top 👍 So I'm going to continue the 7 lose belly fat with the weight loss worhout and full body toning.

I love this workout while I am in self-isolation! It really felt like it sped up my metabolism and got everything going.
Would doing this twice a day be too much for someone with joint issues? Say I do it once in the morning, and once at night with a yoga stretch afterward to cool down? I am trying to increase my average daily burn. I love your routines, they get my brain and my body in sync and I feel strong and confident, also they work my posture!

Hi Lucy thank you so much for this post I'm going to try this. I tore the meniscus in my knee last year and I have not been able to work out the way I used to. Although it has been almost a year since the surgery back in November, my knee still is not the same. Thank you. 🏃🏽♀️❤

I had a baby 8 weeks ago this is the first exercise I have attempted since becoming a mom of two. I only made it to 22 minutes before I was disturbed but it was a powerful 22 minutes. It feels like I haven't used my muscles in years.
This workout is one of my favourites from Lucy. She is a superb trainer and I know I will get there and in a couple of months time I know I will look incredible, well toned and look much slimmer if I keep doing these workouts - Yes I Can.

Hi Lucy, thanks for such a clever routine. I simply love this video because it really helps to move every single muscle in the body. Most of us terms to focus on belly, hips, thighs, butt but not much on arms, but this routine very much works on arms too. You can feel the arms burn the most at the end of the session.
You make it look doable for beginners. I would not call this routine easy, but can do. Beginners, my sincere advice; if you cannot catch up with Lucy do it in your own pace, just don't give up. You will eventually get there.
I started this routine yesterday. I will post my results after a month.
