I am 62 years old and was very athletic, but cancer hit me 4 years ago and since then everything has changed. Because of medications I am taking, it's hard to run or kickboxing which I used to do. But today I was able to do the whole wonderful workout with you. Thank you for giving me courage.

Love all your workouts. I will be doing this one today! I tried some of your breakfast recipes and they are delicious! I hope it's okay to share one of my own. Banana-Oatmeal cookies which can be eaten at any time of the day:
I roughly mash two bananas in a bowl; I add a dash of almond extract, a heaping tablespoon of organic almond butter; cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice to taste and about a cup of crushed mixed nuts. I mix all this to incorporate all ingredients then I add about a cup and a half of dry rolled oats. I mix this until all the oats are completely covered. Then with a small ice-cream scoop I portion out the cookies onto a lightly oiled cookie sheet and press them into a roundish shape (it gets a little messy and sticky). This recipe yields about 10 - 12 cookies. I bake them for 20 minutes. The last 5 minutes I put it on broil to crisp up the top a little bit. So delicious!
I've been doing a couple weeks of challenges and I've dropped almost 4 inches from my waist. You're so kind and so motivating I'm inspired to work out with you everyday.

I started this workout a few weeks ago, then started adding in your 7-day challenges. I am nearly 67 years old and hadn't been working out a whole lot lately. I did get a little soreness, but not much even though this workout felt a little bit challenging to begin with. I LOVE the fact that I am not getting injured while I workout!!! This morning I did your 10-minute muffin top challenge, then your 7-minute arm workout challenge and then repeated this 30 minute walking workout. Feels good! I don't plan to do this much every day, but it is okay to do so a few times per week? Thank you so much for these workout videos. LOVE THEM!!!

I’m not the first here to share being on a long road of recovery. When I first found your workouts, it wasn’t even an option. I just couldn’t do any of the moves…. Not a one.
Now here I am, not only able to do them but feeling stronger and stronger! Weight from the long period of inactivity is, I won’t lie: hard to lose!
But I’ve lost 20 and have 10 to go!

I love your workouts. Since I had my rotator cuff reversal athroplasty surgery done on the 20th of February and with therapy, your shoulders, arm, and upper back have helped me so much.
I am told to use my theraband, and I have been using them with some if not most of your exercises.

I just finished this work out this morning and I want to keep it up every day maybe do another one in the afternoon or evening. In some of your other videos that I followed last week you asked to put our step count down below in the comments, after this workout I had done 3,194 steps, I think it could easily have been more but I did change out a couple of the excercise with squats as my coordination isn't as good as I'd like it to be. Thank you for these free videos I am very much enjoying following them along at home and feel so much better mentally afterwards too! 💪😁✨

Hi Lucy. This workout is quite deceiving because I am sweating. I workout often and I was really surprise at how intense it is. Low impact, but with a punch. Love the total body workout as it hits all muscle groups. I am 63 years old and this was an excellent workout that I could keep up with and looking forward to more workouts with you. Thanks again!

i love this exercise so much.I can see an obvious result after few days of doing this.
I’m 72 going on 73 in April 22 and I really like your exercises I do them every week. I did have major surgery a couple years ago and I’m able to keep up with almost everything you do. I only ask that you put cool down link at the end of all of your exercises because there is not always a link to cool down. And do we need to keep our head elevated after we exercise and we are doing stretches so it’s not pass out 😀and do we keep our hands on our thighs when stretching and not our knees ? I also told one of my friends who’s much younger than I am in our early 60s about you and now she is doing your exercises too. Thanks for your hard work 😊 Jacksonville Florida USA
