    Four months in- I have lost almost 26 inches and 26lbs as well!😍😍🤩 I’m still on my way to a better life. I live with fibromyalgia and some of the medication I got at one point, caused me to gain 66 lbs. I’m almost free of painkillers now 🙃
    Four month in I feel stronger, more able to cope with the chronic pain- My muscle pain are reduced and my generel well being is sooo much better🤩 Also: I sleep better at night, days with headache are reduced and don’t feel constantly bloated anymore.
    Thankyou for keep motivating me to live a better life with better food and excercise, Lucy❤️ Also Thankyou for making so many different videos, making it possible for a fibromyalgia patient to get started with softer workout and end up being a workout badass like in this workout vid. 😃😁😁😁😁🥰

    Today is my first day of dis workout and I enjoyed it bcz its light for doing...but m still on a lower impact side but will see results after one month bcz i add dis workout in my Ramadan and will insha allah see results after Eid ...Ramadan Mubarak to all...thanx lucy

    Thanks Lucy, that was brilliant. I’ve been doing a mix of many of your workouts for a month or so and they’re really motivating. I started with the 7 minute ones but now love doing the longer ones because I CAN! I’m going to be 55 this year but feel so much younger and fitter. Keep it up Lucy - lots more please.

    I might just be less fit than everyone else, but that was brutal haha. I had to stop for water I don't know how many times. I look forward to coming back to this in a few weeks though to see if it's any easier. Thanks Lucy 💖

      Don't feel badly at all! I stopped twice for water and mostly did the modifications. I'm not even new to exercise. Just don't quit!!

      Me too😅. I’ve been following Lucy for a while, and have lost 12kg so far. But this one killed me. Took many breaks, and opted for the modifications at the end, but completed💪🏼💪🏼

    Thank god I found you because your workouts actually make want me to work out everyday! I’ve made a playlist from Monday to Sunday focusing on difffrreny body parts! This is Sunday’s workout and the hardest to end off the week! I’ve been doing you’re workouts and completely changed my diet for about 3 weeks now and happy to say I’ve lost a just about a stone 🙌🏼

    I have been doing your workouts for a few months now. I always HATED working out and being out of breath. I have always done Pilates because of how low impact it is but I really needed to burn fat and loose my tummy (bad diet, 4 kids). Your workouts and motivational talk makes me want to come back. I hear your voice in my head when I pick up a piece of junk food (I hear, your voice saying you are investing in your health). YES I AM! Thank you for the free work outs. When I'm ready to commit I will be buying a workout/meal plan.

    Thank you so much. I have always wanted to exercise but I lost the enthusiasm to do so. However, your videos got me back on track once again and I somehow don't feel too pressured that I actually look forward to doing them every day. They seem easy but it always get my heart beat so fast. I love that though I would always catch my breath, everything is doable as long as I push myself and focus on my health goals. I started with your 7 minute videos and after a week, I started to notice how my Monday work uniform seem to fit be better because a week before doing your exercise, they were so tight. My bosses and officemate notice as well. Each week is such a blessing because I always notice a huge improvement in my body. Amazed by the results, I started looking for your other longer videos. If you noticed, I'd been liking one of your videos everyday. I actually do that every time I finish your workout videos. Thank you so much and I look forward to staying healthy with you.     So appreciate having two options. In the beginning of the workout I do the left and as I warm up then I switch to the right. Super workout and got my heart rate up to 148. Thank you so much for allowing me this wonderful opportunity to work out with you.

    I have been doing the Lucy Wyndham Read workouts since October. Started with the 7 minute belly loss, then onto the drop a dress size, then the menopause one. Picking out which ones I would enjoy. Always increasing the time from 7 minutes to 25 minutes. My friends and sisters have done all of the ones we chose for 3 weeks, then on to a different challenge. Now I am doing the full body, fat burn for 25 minutes. I feel fantastic and have lost over 15 lbs and have also lost inches and toned. Thank you so much for these fantastic home workouts!

    I just found this workout this morning and literally feel like this one kicked my heart rate up 10 notches, lmao thanks Lucy for providing so many great workouts to chose from.I’ve been working out at home mostly for the last two years
    This virus is just making me use it to occupy more of my time and focus on staying on course. Not off it! So with that I have more time to find more great workouts.
    My personal challenge since August 2019
    Do 1% of something better every day for my mind and body.
    1% of 24 hours is 14.5 minutes. Doesn’t seem like much really,but if you break that down you get a couple of Lucy’s workouts fit right in nicely. If there is time for more just keep going.
    This is what I am doing “ For ME”
    Since August I’m down 31 pounds and 23 inches
    Stay focused and take care of your gains.
    Success isn’t always about the losses. Sometimes it’s about knowing that even though you didn’t want to, you did it anyway.

      This is so inspiring! I started on January to lose weight, and it’s starting to get noticeable! I don’t know how much I lost since I’m scared of the scale and don’t have measuring tape (need to get it tho!) but ya, I’m starting to get curves on my waist area and my dresses are fitting better. I’m gonna still keep going since I still have that stubborn lower pooch and I’m in desperate need to get rid of it. Good luck to everyone and stay inspired!!❤️😆😁✅

    The only recommendation I have is that in those where you don’t have a timer to put a timer so we can see how much time is left of the workout. That’s for us lazy ones who want to keep looking at how much time is left! Lol! 😂

    I love the format of this one. It lets me know when I’m on the last round. I did your 7 minute one but I didn’t lose weight or get leaner because I kept on eating junk food. Love this format. I would suggest more upper along with lower. Thank you Lucy!

    Day 6. I didn't think I'd make it through this one. That was an amazing, intense workout. I did have to slow down a bit and I drank water after every move. I'm definitely going to try out your new 8 minute workout tomorrow. Thank you Lucy!

    #done. ✅ I have a bit of a confession to make Lucy. I have been a walker for years and a cardio junky. I have been doing your workouts for a few years as well. This fall I stopped doing my walking and was only doing these workouts. Unfortunately, I started to gain weight. So I am back to doing my walking and your videos and I have lost 2 1/2 pounds in the last two weeks. Hopefully over the next few months I will be able to get back to the body composition that I like for myself. ❤️

    I know this is one of your older videos, but wow, what a fantastic workout in a short amount of time. It's great that you offer lower impact moves as well as the higher impact ones. I am pretty fit but I can testify that doing the lower impact moves still made me sweat like mad. I have a few knee issues so can't do jumping moves. Didn't need to with this video! So glad I came across this particular workout, it was great.

The shorter workouts are great and I like to mix two or three at a time, definitely feeling it. I do mix it up with weight training but am going to do a total month of just your workouts and will let you know how I did. Thank you again for all the videos and motivation.     Just did this particular workout for the first time and loved it. I have problems with my knee joints so can’t do any jumping so I follow the easier moves. I am gradually trying out different workouts by Lucy but I especially like the 20 minute ones as the time goes quickly and I am not too worn out or achy to do another one the next day.

    hy Lucy, I love all your videos! I kept doing different videos for mid section belly fat. I love how fun and inspiring all your workouts are! i use to hate doing work out at home but you made it so fun that i cant wait to do these every day. However, i have a question about which workout is best to lose belly fat I'm 150lb 162cm height 41 years old i also love to tone my body..     Now that was a tough one! Tried to keep to the more advanced moves, but had to relent and mix in a few of the easier ones, esp the jumping as find these really difficult. Good workout xx

    Hi Lucy. I love and enjoy all your workouts and try a different one each time. Can I request you to include a count down timer for the workout, particularly the cardio and high intensity ones. I push myself sometimes to complete the workout and will be of great help if I know the time left to complete the workout.

    OMG GREAT WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!! It rains so much here so I have to sit on the couch and I gained some weight. What I want to know is that if you do this 2 times a day would you burn calories quicker?

    I have done this workout 4 times this week. I have noticed I have more energy and I have able to do 2 advanced moves. I have put on a lot of weight due to fibroids and the coil. Looking forward to next week to see if can do another advanced move.

    I love your workouts. I was looking for something I could stick to, and found you. After following your small challenges I decided to buy your apple shape program. I really love it! Mind you, the holidays totally got me out of sink, but now I just started the program for the second time, and this work out was awesome! I look forward to finally run the program complete and see the results. I know this works! it has given me amazing results in a short time. Totally recommend it! Thank you Lucy.

    I've just finished this workout and WOW, I loved it! Thank you so much for sharing. I loved that you had beginners and advance. I was able to change between the two as I needed. This was really great!

    This was amazing! I love the longer workouts the most! All of your workouts are effective but I like the longer ones more. Great job Lucy!
