I work early mornings unloading groceries and this is the perfect way to start my day and get myself up & out of bed at 4 am. :) i’ve used this every morning for about a week or so. thank you so much for a routine that can be done in bed & centers the back!
My body is so ridiculously tight! I decided to take a small step in the right direction by doing a short stretch routine morning and night. Sticking to it..well, that will be another thing. So this morning I took you out into my bathwater temp backyard, laid out a blanket, and followed along with you while watching white puffy clouds in the beautiful blue sky, listening to hummingbirds humming away in the flowers, Finches chirping away in the trees, and getting an occasional kiss from one of my pups. Not only did you give me a stretch routine I CAN DO, but you made me want to do MORE! Taking time to do your routine outside also made the beginning of my morning so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you Bird for understanding that not all of us are limber and for doing stretches a true beginner can do and feel good about! Namaste. 😌

This will be one of the most genuine feedbacks I’ve ever given on youtube. So here we go. I discovered this instruction video counting 2 years back, when I was 14, my main goal was comfort, easygoing and soothing. When I search ‘morning stretches for beginners‘, there are tons of videos so, I watched one by one, following their routine one by one but it didn’t’ work out that much because mostly of them aren’t really for beginners, but one day, I found your video, and the soothing voice I heard as soon as I clicked in, the comforting bgm and actually easygoing yoga stretches even for a noob like me which I felt pretty much accomplished after I’ve done this. Now dating towards 2024, I’ll be 17 in upcoming September, and this is always my go to morning stretches video, even though I went far for more difficult videos, I find myself eventually coming back to this video. Now, I use this video as pre stretching video, thank you so much again and again.🖤🎀

This is perfect for me. I found with some yoga vids it was really stressful on the body and sometimes the movements with just be too quick even for beginners but I love your pace and how you keep us grounded with your voice. I have been doing your vids for the past 4 days and it really helps

Thank god for this. Other “beginner “ videos have you doing squats in a plank pose and they just expect you to be able to do that. I dunno if that’s just their way of saying “look at me and how good I am” but it’s discouraging and not relaxing in the least. So thank you for this

Wow. Lately I've been extremely stressed and constantly physically drained and stiff/sore. Today I did these stretches and I FEEL GREAT! These gentle stretches were easy to do and I don't feel sore or stiff. I actually feel like I will get through today and I will be productive.
I've been in terrible agony for 3 days now I go through fits of horrid pain only 31 pinched nerve nerve issues and a bunch more. I'm at work and decided to search a simple yoga stretch. I FEEL AMAZING AFTER WILL BE DOING THIS DAILY NOW THANK YOU
So glad I found this video! A recent sprain in my knee and being overall not flexible at all almost made me give up on it but this is PERFECT for beginners!
I’m a VERY beginner. Took 1 yoga class years ago and due to not being able to move my body like everyone else I didn’t try again. I was able to do every stretch in this! (With only little discomfort lol) thank you!

Im new to yoga and i have severe cervical & lumbar spinal stenosis and more. Your videos actually make me feel better throughout the day. I can definiely feel the difference of when i miss it on those hectic days. I've watched others and your voice and the way you connect with the people who are just beginning is amazing. I'm so stiff and hurting in the mornings, but i can actually move without the grunting from pain afterwards. This is my favorite (do several of them when I do them) & the one that got me started on you. I don't even look at others. if its not yours i skip right by. What I love about your practice is use of silence between poses. So many instructors want to talk talk talk the whole practice/video. This practice is also great as it didn't require any hands/or wrist ie Downward dogs. My wrist is injured at the moment but I still like to practice some yoga. Any chance you could do some hands/wrist free videos?
