I recommend looking for the jacque pepin omelette video, he literally wrote the book on french cooking technique. I have tried to do it but I'm too uncoordinated to pull it off.

Keep in mind that what constitutes as healthy and unhealthy is _only_ dependent on the dosage. Water becomes deadly once you drink more than about 4 liters within less than an hour.

I’ve been searching on how to cook omurice after watching Rin Okumura made some (Ao No Exorcist everyone) and it looked so heavenly and when I saw this and it opened like the sky has parted for the angels and totally nailed what Rin made, I just want to try this omurice or make it my life goal to go to Japan if I can’t recreate this goodness. I just have to learn how to use chopsticks to properly stir the egg and have consistency. Also, The egg is cooked. It’s a far cry from beaten raw egg. Have you guys seen a beaten raw egg? You also need to be asian ( *@_@*). Bro, you're thinking too much. Spray the pan with pam so it doesn't stick, and cook it quickly while folding it into a blanket (that's why the inside is raw, duh). The bottom gets cooked, but you don't flip the entire omelet over, so the top stays raw. You just have to cook it quickly so the inside doesn't cook as well.
95ellington I tried making it just now (it is currently 3am... talk about cravings) and thought I would fail but it worked out perfect. A wok really helps because of the curved sides that creates that nice pocket. Just follow this: 1) Aggressively mix/fold the outside of the egg into the centre when you first pour it into the pan so that the whole circle is somewhat even 2) Once the egg starts to set a little bit (don't overcook) fold in one side of the circle to the other with chopsticks (don't worry if it breaks, since it's still pretty raw it will set itself into a nice shape) to create a hemisphere like shape 3) tilt the pan back and forth (keeping the egg pocket on the edge of the pan) to create that oblong shape with pointed ends 4) flip it fully over once, and then leave it to set so the 'edges' of the pocket can seal. (I left it to cook a little longer since I don't like my eggs THIS raw) 5) transfer to rice, cut, enjoy your masterpiece Oh and try using butter instead of pan. it gives that cheesy flavour to the egg
