cats need to understand what's in your hands and what it smells like, it keeps them from bothering you and it reassures them, but it also make them participate and share a moment with you. My cat always sits next to me when I'm cooking.

Not sure if you noticed but before flipping he tapped the pan a few times. This was to unstick the eggs from the pan so it can flip

When I saw you slice the egg open and it unfolded out, and the nice soft cooked inside, I was like "Awwwww!" It looked so yummy and beautiful. I love my eggs soft scrambled like this, the same way as the inside looked.
