【Ingredients】(Serves 2)
curry sauce
100g onion
100g apple (or mango, jam, honey, etc...)
20-30g unsalted butter
100ml milk
400-600ml water (adjust the thickness however you like. Any vegetable stock/soup will be good, too)
10g Worcestershire sauce
15g Beef stock
10g beef fat
2tsp flour
1-2 pinch of salt
200-300g rice
pork cutlet
200-300g pork
flour
panko
canola oil
(serves 5)
The instruction of my curry spice mix.
200g meat (beef, pork, chicken, etc…)
1 onion
1 potato
1 carrot
5tbsp canola oil
3-5tbsp flour
1 soup stock cube
700ml water

I come back here every so often. This video is one of my comfort places as times get stressful. It is a reminder that I should continue forward, and to strive to live my best life, just like jun, and just like his cats.

Life is beautiful and what a waste it would be to not live it to the fullest. Jun makes me remember to appreciate every minute I get to spend being alive and I should treat it as a gift. To take the gift of life means to seek different experiences, learn new skills and strive to be better each day.

My Grandma Ruby made Indian curry for us once. Very involved, including opening and grating a fresh coconut. She used the grated part and the milk to make it. It was absolutely delicious. I don't remember what all she put in it but I DO have the recipe somewhere, along with her recipe for Chicken Pilau.

Then again I think it's going a bit far to asume he reacted a certain way, because some other people would do so. That is a bit stereotypical. For Instance, I am German, however I don't take any offence against jokes about our language, or some specific jokes with historic context to Germanys dark past. It's pretty easy to do with dragonflies. If you wave your finger in a circular motion while slowly moving your hand towards a dragonfly, it will become "hypnotized" and super docile as a result. I think it has to do with the way their compound eyes work.

I am always left satisfied watching your video. Great production values and theres a lot of thought and care in producing the recipe from gathering ingredients, prepping them and then cooking it to even plating it. The cats and the music and little trips to nature help bring it all in. 13 minutes can go by fast without even realizing it. I grew up to Japanese curry and I still get a craving for its homestyle and rustic flavors!

There is a trick you can use where you move your hand toward and away from it several times and it kindof hypnotizes the butterfly. Not sure if that's what he did here tho
