I was more impressed with the way he removed the shell and de-veined the prawns than with some of the clacking and useless flash at some teppanyaki places. The beef course looked to be generous. A lot of places would just have split one of those steaks between two people with no second round. I'd have been like just make my rice all crispy. That looked really good.
