Best inner thigh workout EVER! Unlike some of the squats or lunges, these don't require tons of technique. Even if you do them slower or faster or half the amount she does... trust, you feel it!

Before you watch this video. Cassey does say something about a thigh gap. But realize that this was about 3 years ago and that she learned thigh gaps are based on genetics i'm sure. She is no longer promoting this kind of trend and is teaching girls how to feel confident in their skin by living healthily. :) And do it for the sake of getting fit and feeling good. Not for a space between your legs. Embrace your narrow hips or wide hips!
Thanks so much for this :) I've done one of her recent workouts where she's mentioned thigh gaps and she does say that they are genetic and that it's just a trend. We're all beautiful, thigh gap or no thigh gap.
jualkyn There is a possibility that the chubby/overweight person had a natural thigh gap before she or he gained weight. But yes, I do see what you're saying. As a girl who is recovering from anorexia, I do remember developing one after starving myself for a while. So yes, it is possible for most people to have one. Although, it might take easy to difficult tasks to get this thigh gap depending on the person. I have seen many girls who workout HARD almost everyday and barely developed a thigh gap.
There's something about this video that I like. After a few times, I can actually do it all the way through now and that inspired me to really start toning up and after a week, I'm already seeing the differences. Thank you! :)
I did it for about two months and it worked ,just cut fats and drink and drink and drink water ! My tights were fat ! Also do the drive by inner tight workout repeat 3 times and complement with some cardio run 3mins and you'll do great :D!! Good luck

Yes , I do a 30 min intense cardio workout twice a week. And other days i work on specific parts of my body and my legs and thighs are on wensdays this video is what I use.
Don't advertise thigh gaps. And definitely don't say "if I can do you you can do it". No. That's not how it works. Yes; _because_ you have a wide set of hips. And with all the brouhaha going on about thigh gaps, you people actually asking for the advice on trying to get one should realize; one, it's stupid to aim for and more importantly two, only people with certain bone structures can naturally obtain one.

I love this set of exercises, it's a really hard one, but if you wanna shape your thighs right, just pop down on the mat and lets get on with it guys.... Believe me, it's painful, but really worth it because it works !!! Thank you for a great 10 minutes of workout :-)))

This is really working! But You've to be VERY patient. First time I doing this, I gave my thighs a break but after that day I finished this whole workout without any breaks. I've been doing this for 2 weeks and REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE, almost of my fats in my thighs were GONE. I've had been looking for this for whole time but ONLY THIS ONE is really working.
this is by far the most effective thigh workout ive EVER done. Cassey's other workouts that target your "thighs" usually end up killing my abs. For some reason this one was incredibly painful and amazing at the same time! loveee it
woah. it's the first time i'm doing this (and any physical activity i did after 3 months except for the running i just finished) and i could only do it well on one of my legs cause it's so hard, but on that one leg, i feel my inner thighs burning. this is crazy, i love you.

I've been doing this along with other fitness things every other day (so as not to create muscle memory) for about 6 months and at first i thought it wasn't making a difference but finally i began to notice that slowly my thighs were getting slimmer, FINALLY! I'm just saying that even if it doesn't seem as though its making a difference it will be or will start to.

I don't have the ring either and I don't keep balloons around. Whenever that video comes up, I take a pillow from my bed, fold it in half hamburger-style and tie it with a belt to keep it folded. It works pretty good for me. Try it! :)

I'm glad you realised that this is an old video, Cassey blogged about this last year i beleive explaining that she was unhappy with her inner thigh vids being on pro ana blogs, something she didn't want. She understands that it's all about bone structure and a thigh gap is not achievable by everyone so it's something she no longer promotes.
+Sara Sarmiento because the leg that wasn't moving is the leg you are balancing on and sometimes it works more. So then when you switch up your leg, you are now WORKING the leg that was stabilizing !!!!! I get that all the time so when I teach I try to remember to also remember to not always start on my right leg first. Does that make a little sense? Hope so. Don't worry you are still working evenly if you do both legs!!!
she mentioned before in a blog post that it doesn't really matter when you do your cardio. for how much, i don't think she specifies a certain amount of time, but i try to do a steady 30 minutes. it helps a lot!!! :)
I don't really remember sorry :/ you have to consider though that your genetics play an important role... my body is designed for a small thigh gap (which is fine with me) but I couldn't achieve a large wide gap due to my hips.
Nadine Susilo No I don't... I personally work out my legs only 2x a week. My metabolism and my genetics are pretty good though. I don't know about your body: Do you need to lose weight? If so you should focus on that before you tone up your muscles and if you don't need to lose weight I'd say do this video like 3-4x a week.
Hey don't be so hard on yourself! She has been doing this for years so obviously its easier for her than us, we just started. Once you do this more and more then eventually you'll be able to do this with a smile on your face like her ;) Be patient!

My legs/hips pop so much that it makes these workouts uncomfortable and slightly painful. If I push out too far it almost pops out of place so I can't push myself as far as i'd really like.
No it doesn't, I have the same problem. And it's not cause your not flexible enough, we get the popping sound naturally. My hip bones pop sometimes and when I did the first move my left hip hurt so bad so I dont think I can do these I dont wanna pull a muscle. I'm pretty average flexible so it has nothing to do with flexibility just bone structure I guess. I think ima continue the workout but if it gets really worse I'm gunna stop
I do this everyday. Going over the whole video twice each day, and doing Cardio Kickbox for about 25 minutes. Yes, It was hard and I felt like dying each time but In about 3 days, I had thinner legs and a flat stomach. :) Its all worth it guys.

***** Having a gap between your thighs is solely genetic, no matter how much you lose weight from your thighs. People with genetically wide-set hips are capable of having a thigh gap, while others with narrow hips can never achieve such a thing.
Hi, so normally I don't reply to other comments on videos, but I just wanted to make note that a thigh gap is primarily the result of genetics and the width of your hips. Please, please don't make it your ultimate goal because it is often unattainable and people tend to either get discouraged and give up on a healthy lifestyle all together, or will try to achieve that gap in unhealthy ways. Don't forget to look at the bigger picture of achieving a stronger and healthier you! :)
I love this workout and I also adore Cassey. But I don't think it's necessary to have this "thigh gap"... there are a lot of beautiful, lean girls without it and it doesn't look good on anyone. This is just my opinion. No offense. :D
no, it's not necessary, but some girls like it. I personally find it uncomfortable to have my thighs rub together and have shorts ride up when i try to run, especially during a race--it's just distracting. Either way, thigh gap or not, it IS still part of our leg muscles that should be toned no less than any other part of the legs. :)

It just means you dont have much hip flexibility. It gets easier the more you stretch. If its not painful u should be fine but if it is just dont go as far down during sideways scissors
I think it's insane that you call yourself a certified fitness instructor and then post a workout promoting the "nice thigh gap for summer". If, as you claim, you really did graduate with an honors degree in Biology, you should be aware of the basics of human anatomy. The thigh structure varies from body type to body type. While it's true that overweight and obese prople do not have a thigh gap, some very thin people don't either. You should be promoting self-confidence and a healthy lifestyle, not encouraging stupid notions that promote anorexia.

I have so much fun doing this workout that I actually look forward to doing it once a day and sometimes even twice if I have enough time. I'm on my 3rd day now and this exercise works my inner thighs + lower. Plus, it's only 10 minutes long and I burn 167 cals!

This is really working! But You've to be VERY patient. First time I doing this, I gave my thighs a break but after that day I finished this whole workout without any breaks. I've been doing this for 2 weeks and REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE, almost of my fats in my thighs were GONE. I've had been looking for this for whole time but ONLY THIS ONE is really working.

this is by far the most effective thigh workout ive EVER done. Cassey's other workouts that target your "thighs" usually end up killing my abs. For some reason this one was incredibly painful and amazing at the same time! loveee it
woah. it's the first time i'm doing this (and any physical activity i did after 3 months except for the running i just finished) and i could only do it well on one of my legs cause it's so hard, but on that one leg, i feel my inner thighs burning. this is crazy, i love you.

I've been doing this along with other fitness things every other day (so as not to create muscle memory) for about 6 months and at first i thought it wasn't making a difference but finally i began to notice that slowly my thighs were getting slimmer, FINALLY! I'm just saying that even if it doesn't seem as though its making a difference it will be or will start to.

I don't have the ring either and I don't keep balloons around. Whenever that video comes up, I take a pillow from my bed, fold it in half hamburger-style and tie it with a belt to keep it folded. It works pretty good for me. Try it! :)

I'm glad you realised that this is an old video, Cassey blogged about this last year i beleive explaining that she was unhappy with her inner thigh vids being on pro ana blogs, something she didn't want. She understands that it's all about bone structure and a thigh gap is not achievable by everyone so it's something she no longer promotes.

+Sara Sarmiento it probably just means that your leg that didn't hurt is stronger than your other one
+Sara Sarmiento because the leg that wasn't moving is the leg you are balancing on and sometimes it works more. So then when you switch up your leg, you are now WORKING the leg that was stabilizing !!!!! I get that all the time so when I teach I try to remember to also remember to not always start on my right leg first. Does that make a little sense? Hope so. Don't worry you are still working evenly if you do both legs!!!

she mentioned before in a blog post that it doesn't really matter when you do your cardio. for how much, i don't think she specifies a certain amount of time, but i try to do a steady 30 minutes. it helps a lot!!! :)

I don't really remember sorry :/ you have to consider though that your genetics play an important role... my body is designed for a small thigh gap (which is fine with me) but I couldn't achieve a large wide gap due to my hips.

No I don't... I personally work out my legs only 2x a week. My metabolism and my genetics are pretty good though. I don't know about your body: Do you need to lose weight? If so you should focus on that before you tone up your muscles and if you don't need to lose weight I'd say do this video like 3-4x a week.

My legs/hips pop so much that it makes these workouts uncomfortable and slightly painful. If I push out too far it almost pops out of place so I can't push myself as far as i'd really like.
it just means you're not flexible enough yet! try stretching out your hip flexors daily and you'll start to feel better.

No it doesn't, I have the same problem. And it's not cause your not flexible enough, we get the popping sound naturally. My hip bones pop sometimes and when I did the first move my left hip hurt so bad so I dont think I can do these I dont wanna pull a muscle. I'm pretty average flexible so it has nothing to do with flexibility just bone structure I guess. I think ima continue the workout but if it gets really worse I'm gunna stop
I do this everyday. Going over the whole video twice each day, and doing Cardio Kickbox for about 25 minutes. Yes, It was hard and I felt like dying each time but In about 3 days, I had thinner legs and a flat stomach. :) Its all worth it guys.
Hey, i do Cardio for 40 mins 3-4 times a week, eat healthy and do these pilates workouts, it really works! I do the 80-20 diet. Hope this helps!

***** Having a gap between your thighs is solely genetic, no matter how much you lose weight from your thighs. People with genetically wide-set hips are capable of having a thigh gap, while others with narrow hips can never achieve such a thing.

Hi, so normally I don't reply to other comments on videos, but I just wanted to make note that a thigh gap is primarily the result of genetics and the width of your hips. Please, please don't make it your ultimate goal because it is often unattainable and people tend to either get discouraged and give up on a healthy lifestyle all together, or will try to achieve that gap in unhealthy ways. Don't forget to look at the bigger picture of achieving a stronger and healthier you! :)

I love this workout and I also adore Cassey.
But I don't think it's necessary to have this "thigh gap"... there are a lot of beautiful, lean girls without it and it doesn't look good on anyone. This is just my opinion.

no, it's not necessary, but some girls like it. I personally find it uncomfortable to have my thighs rub together and have shorts ride up when i try to run, especially during a race--it's just distracting. Either way, thigh gap or not, it IS still part of our leg muscles that should be toned no less than any other part of the legs. :)

It just means you dont have much hip flexibility. It gets easier the more you stretch. If its not painful u should be fine but if it is just dont go as far down during sideways scissors
I think it's insane that you call yourself a certified fitness instructor and then post a workout promoting the "nice thigh gap for summer". If, as you claim, you really did graduate with an honors degree in Biology, you should be aware of the basics of human anatomy. The thigh structure varies from body type to body type. While it's true that overweight and obese prople do not have a thigh gap, some very thin people don't either. You should be promoting self-confidence and a healthy lifestyle, not encouraging stupid notions that promote anorexia.
she actually is promoting a healthy lifestyle and self-confidence she is teaching us how to get these thigh gaps in a healthy way callled excersise shes not telling us to starve ourselves you know and the only reason she is doing this is so that chicks who really want thigh gaps can get it without suffering
thigh gap means toning the muscles in the inner thigh and make them look better as u can have flat tummy but excercising those muscles of the tummy to flatten them, so thigh gap doesnt need specific shape of body, just sme ppl need to work on that area more than others bcoz they have more fats there and u can ask any fitness trainer to b sure of what im saying, so dont give up u can have it too its not a bond dependent thing its all abt muscles.

I have so much fun doing this workout that I actually look forward to doing it once a day and sometimes even twice if I have enough time. I'm on my 3rd day now and this exercise works my inner thighs + lower. Plus, it's only 10 minutes long and I burn 167 cals!
