This flow might not be for everybody, but I really enjoyed it. I do feel that poses that are hard on the knees shouldn't be done consecutively without a break. I am a yoga teacher, and still found that my knees needed a break from the pressure. But I still love challenging flows and only wish it was structured a bit better to prevent injury. This was a great practice, lots of stretching. I think i would have like a little more on the shoulder, neck space too. I use a mat because I don't want to get dust on my body but when we come off the mat when we are threading the needle I tend not to enjoy it. Just an honest review ❤ Thanks for this video ❤
The first pose was a bit tough on my thigh, but felt good. I like bending slightly forward at the end with the salutation, to say "thank you and have a good day" to Kassandra over the internet waves :)

I loved this series of poses today as they were new & really stretched out my hamstrings & quads, especially after I went running for the first time in over a year yesterday!
Does anyone have tips for saddle pose? Putting the top of my foot flat on the floor is difficult, but having one ankle on the floor and the other facing up at the ceiling works. Is that bad? 😅 Edit: I decided to do it standing so I can get that quad stretch. (Knee bent, holding foot)

I sort of lifted my hip on my non-folded leg so that i wasn’t sitting directly on it, only then i could feel the stretch in my quads
Maybe sit up on a block for the first pose until your able to come down on the floor and from there start leaning back takes time ❤

that first pose, wow, i am so tight in hips glutes and thighs it was hard to get in alignment , but the rest of the practice was really nice namaste 💜
