Welcome to Day 1 of the Evening Yoga Movement! This class will be a slow hatha yoga class to stretch and relax from head to toe. We will move mindfully to unwind from our day and get into our hips, hamstrings and upper body.

No props are required and this is suitable for all levels. We'll explore poses like child's pose, dragon, puppy and seated twists.

I am almost 70 and have been practicing yoga since my 20’s. This was a great session because it helped to readjust my body before bed. Also improved nightly prayers because I was calmer and more relaxed. The timing of the different postures was great- long enough to allow the body to release more into the pose.

As a university students that spends lots of time sitting, between lectures and study time, it feels really nice to take the time to do even a short relaxing yoga practice preparing myself for a (hopefully) good sleep. Thank you for taking the time to make those yoga challenges, it helps a lot with being consistent as I know I'll have a new video right here waiting for me for the upcoming nights. Good evening 🙏🏽 I’m getting involved in this challenge tonight for my self. Today I find myself a single mother to two amazing children and I’ve been overwhelmed with rage, bitterness and so many negative emotions which I do not recognise in myself. I’ve come back to yoga to try to remember how there is still good in me and so much good in my life 🙏🏽❤️

I love these short sessions. There's no excuse for not being able to find 15 minutes a day, so it's a great way to get back into the habit of doing a regular practice. And 15 minutes a day seems to be much more effective than an hour once or twice a week. #goodevening

I just want to take a moment and say thank you for this I been having a rough time with myself I’m fighting addiction I’m 6 months sober but everyday it’s a struggle for me I just got diagnosed with Pcos and I don’t how where to start with myself on spiritually physical and mentally I’ve feel block and by doing this yoga plus the meditation it help tonight I’ve feel much better and thank you Namaste 🙏🏻

With Daylight Saving time coming to an end today, I was feeling worried about coping with the start of the cold Winter months ahead, which typically make me feel less energetic, less motivated and sometimes sad. #GoodEvening -- I just finished this instruction/session for the third time. I had been looking for a way to do some body movement and being aware of my body to get out of my head in the evening.
