I am almost 70 and have been practicing yoga since my 20’s. This was a great session because it helped to readjust my body before bed. Also improved nightly prayers because I was calmer and more relaxed. The timing of the different postures was great- long enough to allow the body to release more into the pose.

#GoodEvening It's been three months since I contracted Covid and I'm finally starting to feel like a human being again. I am grateful for my health. So very grateful.
As a university students that spends lots of time sitting, between lectures and study time, it feels really nice to take the time to do even a short relaxing yoga practice preparing myself for a (hopefully) good sleep. Thank you for taking the time to make those yoga challenges, it helps a lot with being consistent as I know I'll have a new video right here waiting for me for the upcoming nights. I'll try to make this a habit cause I know it's good for my health, that I am indeed very grateful for ❤ #goodevening
I love these short sessions. There's no excuse for not being able to find 15 minutes a day, so it's a great way to get back into the habit of doing a regular practice. And 15 minutes a day seems to be much more effective than an hour once or twice a week. #goodevening

Today I find myself a single mother to two amazing children and I’ve been overwhelmed with rage, bitterness and so many negative emotions which I do not recognise in myself. I’ve come back to yoga to try to remember how there is still good in me and so much good in my life 🙏🏽❤️

#GoodEvening -- I just finished this instruction/session for the third time. I had been looking for a way to do some body movement and being aware of my body to get out of my head in the evening. This 30 days challenge is so perfect for me. I have been struggling with depression and anger after a head injury, and this allows me to really SEE and FEEL that I'm grateful for my health.
Have been dealing with a lot of stress and carrying it on my back and shoulders. So grateful that my coworker guided me here, it felt amazing to unwind.
Doing this in the afternoon, as I feel a bit sore. It has made me grateful for what I can still do despite my health conditions. I can still yoga and I am grateful for that❤🌸

This was my first of the thirty day series and I’m so excited to get my energy and flexibility back!! I just started yoga about a week ago and my Mom told me I have to give you a chance and try your yen yoga!! I have fibromyalgia and arthritis that’s causing my fingers to become deformed at age 46! I have begun doing yoga every morning now and evening for the past month through RUclips. I've come across a lot of really great channels but always caught myself throughout the day still tense on my upper back and neck. After doing this stretch I feel like I've hit those spots. Good evening❤ 2 years ago a began this challenge but was abruptly stopped when some life challenges gave me some physical challenges. And for the past year I have slowly been getting back to finding my yoga happiness again. And this week it has hit and i have consistently been coming wvey day and today twice. Hi Kassandra, I fly as an airline pilot and have really issues to attend regular classes in my home city of Prague due to my flying roster. So I just started this 30 day challenge and I really love your teaching style of yoga, very effective exercises, so am gonna continue. I am grateful for my health! 🙂
With Daylight Saving time coming to an end today, I was feeling worried about coping with the start of the cold Winter months ahead, which typically make me feel less energetic, less motivated and sometimes sad. I struggled with this affirmation when I did the video today because I’m going through breast cancer treatment and at first thought, “ No, I am not grateful for my health..it sucks!” My body hurts and it’s stiff and damaged from radiation, surgeries and way too much chemo….but then while continuing with this video, I realized that I am grateful because I could be terminal. I could have no hope, I could be dead like so many of the people in my support group, but my body is handling the treatments fairly well and even though it hurts, I was able to finish this video with modifications. So just wanted to thank you so much for your videos and encouragement. Your videos have been a true blessing. #goodnight❤

I've come across a lot of really great channels but always caught myself throughout the day still tense on my upper back and neck. After doing this stretch I feel like I've hit those spots. Good evening. I did this evening series when you first started. I've gotten away from doing yoga. Although I did not start 1/01, I'm starting today! This feels so relaxing and has cleared the stress I have been experiencing the past few days. Nameste!

Yoga newbie here - I’ve only had maybe 10 sessions of yoga in my entire life, but I always feel happier when I do.
Not sure if this is an odd admittance, or if anyone has this experience, but a good yoga session always make me cry, juuust a little bit.

Good evening❤ 2 years ago a began this challenge but was abruptly stopped when some life challenges gave me some physical challenges. And for the past year I have slowly been getting back to finding my yoga happiness again. And this week it has hit and i have consistently been coming wvey day and today twice. I decided it's time to start this challenge again and finish it this time ❤
Hi Kassandra, I fly as an airline pilot and have really issues to attend regular classes in my home city of Prague due to my flying roster. So I just started this 30 day challenge and I really love your teaching style of yoga, very effective exercises, so am gonna continue. I am grateful for my health! 🙂
With Daylight Saving time coming to an end today, I was feeling worried about coping with the start of the cold Winter months ahead, which typically make me feel less energetic, less motivated and sometimes sad. I remembered these night yoga videos and look forward to making this a new part of my nightly routine to give me a sense of peace and purpose this season. #goodevening

I struggled with this affirmation when I did the video today because I’m going through breast cancer treatment and at first thought, “ No, I am not grateful for my health..it sucks!” My body hurts and it’s stiff and damaged from radiation, surgeries and way too much chemo….but then while continuing with this video, I realized that I am grateful because I could be terminal. I could have no hope, I could be dead like so many of the people in my support group, but my body is handling the treatments fairly well and even though it hurts, I was able to finish this video with modifications. So just wanted to thank you so much for your videos and encouragement. Your videos have been a true blessing. #goodnight❤
Hi Kassandra, thank you for short sessions like this. I prefer doing 15 minutes every night instead of doing 1 hour. Just good enough to take care of myself.

I am, again, doing the morning and evening challenges. I like to match the number with date; therefore, Sept 1st is day 1. It would be really nice if you had a “Yoga Challenge” for 10-15 minutes of beginners “Yin Yoga”. I would LOVE that. Thank you for all of the work you put into this. 🧘🏼♀️
