Today’s affirmation was so far hardest to internalize but tried my best to understanding it🙏🏻Yesterday I did the yoga practice three hour’s before my alarm so that included this feels like a victory and I can’t wait what tomorrow’s session brings! ☮️
#goodevening, this was a really amazing flow loved it!!! was able to see a MAJOR difference in my downward dog after the hip stretch. it was engaging yet calming at the same time. loving this challenge
