Your 10 minute sessions have helped me so much! I have Ehlers-Danlos, and a number of neurological conditions. We suffer great pain and stiffness even when we are/were super limber. These have allowed me to safely progress over 6 months to now be able to do some of your longer routines (sort-of), and to learn to use breathing to help with pain and anxiety and fatigue. Bless you Kassandra! Keep doing what you’re doing!

Love the knee piling poses. I still find difficulty to do straddle yoga pose with forward fold. I’m sort of stiff all over after a night of sleep.
