I’ve been traveling and staying in hostels for the last few weeks which unfortunately means that I’ve not had the space or privacy to do any yoga which I typically enjoy doing daily, this video was exactly what I needed, even if it’s just a simple quick stretch I can do it easily in a bunk bed and it’s a great relief after a long day, thank you so much Kassandra
I thought you might (and was hoping you would) do a bedtime in bed after your morning in bed class, which is a great sequence and i do it at other times of the day or evening! Lovedyour morning yoga movement! Actually motivated me to do ypga eberyday since two month now! A short pre sleep yoga session is great! Think it was just a bit too much movement with putting the pillows under the back, turning to the head of the bed. And turning to side is quite difficult with a single size bed. 😁 I'd wish for a betime yoga video focusing more on neck and back. Often hurting after a long office day making it harder to relax and fall asleep.

So I been now doing this for a couple of weeks and I really enjoy the fact that you take it slow. The only thing is I am not flexible even doing the moves I. Bed. Some modifications tips would be helpful. Such as I can’t do the pigeon pose. Otherwise I love it …
I was literally going to put a comment yesterday asking if you could do more gentle/ bed time yogas because a friend of mine who just had a baby had a difficult delivery and post birth complications, and she wants to do stuff but she can’t over exert herself. So yeah😅 yay, you are the best
Hi! This is great but I was wondering if you could do another sequence that can be done sitting up as I have reflux issues and lying down fully isn’t so comfortable (even if I eat hours before). 🙏🏽
10 minutes of yoga instruction followed by 20 to 30 minutes of music would be best. But this one is followed by a commercial ... Which woke me from whatever relaxation I had.
Great class! I did it in the early evening and i'm feeling very relaxed and already winding down for the evening. I love the sequence, it flowed well and also the music, it was perfect for this type of class and helped to relax and calm down.
