    I have to say that YOU are the reason I have stuck with yoga. No matter how busy life gets, I can always fit in 10 minutes. Many times I do longer ones, but these 10 minute morning routines have been outstanding. Thank you!

    I'm almost 60 and very unfit. Also never done yoga before. I've made a promise to myself to be fitter at 70 than at 60 and I am so grateful for you for providing this easy to follow content. I can't do many of even the most simple poses - can't sit with legs crossed let alone bend over - but day by day I'm feeling a little more flexible and actively looking forward to the stretch. I'm just doing what I can manage and hoping that with repetition it will get easier. I also find your flexible mind challenges incredible - simple but deceptively difficult. I've started adding some of your longer videos for backs and hips too which are so helpful. Thank you.

      You will amaze yourself with what your 60 yr body can achieve, and yoga makes it so, eventuallly, easy. I'm the same age and could never take up running, but yoga I will do until the day I, well, you know 🤫

    That butterfly stretch to the side at around 3min mark WAS AWESOME.
    Can't recall ever doing that move. Love love love it!

    I’m loving yoga thanks to you. I’ve been traveling and I knew my muscles were getting tight. Your yoga challenge has made me realise just how poorly I’d got. I feel like your lessons have put me on a whole better trajectory now.

    I can't believe I'm already in day 6.
    I'm doing this challenge everyday I loved every bit of it, thank you so much kassandra ma'am.
    I do this every morning it makes me love my body more and I feel ready and excited for my day, I enjoyed every minute of this challenge
    This really helped both my mind and my body. Thank you again❤❤

    Oh my gosh, so simple but for whatever reason today that wide legged fold twist was incredible!!! It just felt so perfect today. Thanks for yet another great flow!!

    I’m 66 and because of yoga on RUclips, I maintain some decent flexibility and mobility. I mostly choose you to practice yoga with.

    This was so nice! I enjoyed the fully developed explanation of the down dog variation - move your heels to the right - lift up on to the fingers of your left hand - and peek under your left armpit.... It so fully took advantage of this pose, I'd never known it to feel so amazing in the past.

I too have benefited from your work in so many waves and can't seem to do it with anyone else. Im somewhat new to doing yoga every every day but you motivate me so I can continue. I even experienced an emotional release and thanks to you I now know what that is so thank for the information about what those were.     Today was hard. Everything was awkward. I stepped on my hair (it's very long and in the way today), I could hardly hold myself up in down-dog and plank, tired. But I Did It. I Finished. Not well, but I finished. 🙃

    Dear Kassandra, thanks so much for another great month-long challenge! I’m a firm believer in your morning and evening challenges and this is rounding it off nicely. I wanted to ask if you could do a (fee-based) live class weekly for your European residents? We’re about 6 hours behind so your morning we’d be coming home from work (a lot of us anyway) and it would be such a thrill 😊
    I just wanted to mention that, thanks to your amazing gentle guidance my diet and health problems have healed completely (been doing yr 10 minute classes daily for 6 months) and I would love to know where the donation button is. I sincerely think you're so great and have earned much reward, financial and spiritual ❤ You are as good if not better than a doctor, and here where I live there aren’t many doctors so we need to take responsibility for own health. Keep up the good work! Love from a rural town in Germany 😊

    Been doing at home yoga since the start of the pandemic, but since life has resumed I've been struggling to keep up with daily practice, which is as beneficial for my mind as it is my body. But these short and sweet practices have really allowed me to get back into it. Some days I'll even find myself doing some yoga later in the day as well, double yoga (!!) And I have you to thank 🙏 I'm also really enjoying the flexible mind challenges that go along with these, it's like an advent calendar finding out what my challenge for the day will be!! Anyway, thanks Kassandra for all that you do 🙏🙏🌞🌞

    When you say "seat" and "sit bones" what are you referring to? Hip bones, tail bone, glutes/butt? It just seems a bit anatomically vague so I'm not sure if I'm doing the poses properly. Maybe using other terms would be more descriptive:)
