I'm almost 60 and very unfit. Also never done yoga before. I've made a promise to myself to be fitter at 70 than at 60 and I am so grateful for you for providing this easy to follow content. I can't do many of even the most simple poses - can't sit with legs crossed let alone bend over - but day by day I'm feeling a little more flexible and actively looking forward to the stretch. I'm just doing what I can manage and hoping that with repetition it will get easier. I also find your flexible mind challenges incredible - simple but deceptively difficult. I've started adding some of your longer videos for backs and hips too which are so helpful. Thank you.

This was so nice! I enjoyed the fully developed explanation of the down dog variation - move your heels to the right - lift up on to the fingers of your left hand - and peek under your left armpit.... It so fully took advantage of this pose, I'd never known it to feel so amazing in the past.

Today was hard. Everything was awkward. I stepped on my hair (it's very long and in the way today), I could hardly hold myself up in down-dog and plank, tired. But I Did It. I Finished. Not well, but I finished. 🙃

I wanted to ask if you could do a (fee-based) live class weekly for your European residents? We’re about 6 hours behind so your morning we’d be coming home from work (a lot of us anyway) and it would be such a thrill 😊 I just wanted to mention that, thanks to your amazing gentle guidance my diet and health problems have healed completely (been doing yr 10 minute classes daily for 6 months) and I would love to know where the donation button is. I sincerely think you're so great and have earned much reward, financial and spiritual ❤ You are as good if not better than a doctor, and here where I live there aren’t many doctors so we need to take responsibility for own health. Been doing at home yoga since the start of the pandemic, but since life has resumed I've been struggling to keep up with daily practice, which is as beneficial for my mind as it is my body. But these short and sweet practices have really allowed me to get back into it. Some days I'll even find myself doing some yoga later in the day as well, double yoga (!!) And I have you to thank 🙏 I'm also really enjoying the flexible mind challenges that go along with these, it's like an advent calendar finding out what my challenge for the day will be!! When you say "seat" and "sit bones" what are you referring to? Hip bones, tail bone, glutes/butt? It just seems a bit anatomically vague so I'm not sure if I'm doing the poses properly. Maybe using other terms would be more descriptive:)
