I have my driving test this morning and attunment really works - attunment to self, to other road users, movement, car controls. I feel really calm and confident. Day 22 was awesome with the flowy sequences 🧘🏾♀ i feel i get more energy and blood flowing through out my body with some version of a daily flow and this was perfect. Namaste 💜

That cat cow rotation pose was new to me and it was my first time doing it. Felt good too. I learned the name of that pose too, ragdoll fold. I did what I could in this challenge and it was nice. Thanks.

*Yikes alert* 🚨 I keep dissociating and being rude, inconsiderate in my personal relationship. I hate this about the human psyche - we’re so attuned to others and then *I* somehow stop being so attuned when I get home to my loved person. Like I’ve “checked out,” and it’s the modern world draining me and I’m not doing enough to stay attuned to him. Anyway, this practice helped me not hate myself so much this morning. Thank you, Kassandra, if it weren’t for your videos I might not do anything for my body each day, but I always know I can complete one of these and feel alright about myself and the world around me.

You can do reclined pigeon instead! It's the same stretch but much gentler on joints
