    The circular cat/cow and the dancing warrior were so perfect for bringing me back into my body this morning! I love that you incorporate so much side body work into your flows.

    Such a fun, feel-good, flowy class! I am always sad when they are over, but I know I wouldn't have time or motivation to do longer classes. Your 10 min flows keep me coming to my mat every day :) Feels so good!!

    Thank you so much for this flexible mind yoga practice + challenge. Attune really resonates for me today. I have my driving test this morning and attunment really works - attunment to self, to other road users, movement, car controls. I feel really calm and confident. I will try hard but also know it will go how it's meant to go. Thank you 🌟🌞🚙🗺

    Day 22 was awesome with the flowy sequences 🧘🏾‍♀ i feel i get more energy and blood flowing through out my body with some version of a daily flow and this was perfect. Namaste 💜

    I tried to search for the term of the flowy pose in this session: Dancing Warrior Extended Side Angle Pose Arms Flow 😀 The term is so long yet the sequences made me feel so good! ❤

    That cat cow rotation pose was new to me and it was my first time doing it. Felt good too. I learned the name of that pose too, ragdoll fold. I did what I could in this challenge and it was nice. Thanks.

    Love your classes. ❤Can you recommend an alternative pose to pigeon, as both my knees are bone on bone and very painful when bending them like that. My hips are fine, just my knees I’m 73

      You can do reclined pigeon instead! It's the same stretch but much gentler on joints

    *Yikes alert* 🚨
    I keep dissociating and being rude, inconsiderate in my personal relationship. I hate this about the human psyche - we’re so attuned to others and then *I* somehow stop being so attuned when I get home to my loved person. Like I’ve “checked out,” and it’s the modern world draining me and I’m not doing enough to stay attuned to him. Anyway, this practice helped me not hate myself so much this morning. Thank you, Kassandra, if it weren’t for your videos I might not do anything for my body each day, but I always know I can complete one of these and feel alright about myself and the world around me.
