Playing catch up, for some reason I lose my motivation on weekends to get up and get on my mat! I have been doing 2 classes a day during the week to, time permitting and these short classes work with together. I am not really feeling the Flexible Mind portion, but I like you are doing something different.

This flow felt SO GREAT. One of my favourites of the whole challenge. I am really enjoying the classes and it has motivated me to do yoga EVERY day, rather than 4-5 days per week. Thanks Kassandra!!
Love ❤ this sequence. I will repeat it again and again until my body regains more flexibility. This gives me hope. Im actually very proud that I'm doing this! I'm sure I'm not alone with my lack of exercise over the past few years! Only 10 min a day made me say, "Hey, I can do anything for 10 min!" And so far, even working 12-hour shifts, I've only missed one day! So, thank you for the motivation i needed to begin again. Just the baby step I needed ❤

I always love a good thread the needle and this one with the leg extension with lift option that was wobbly on the left side, but I got THE best spinal release all the way up from tail to shoulder, high lunge variation with a little cow forward fold was stronger today, but warrior 3 needed some support (but hey! I did it!) finishing with seated neck release was lovely.
Doing a high lunge with a cat pose was so hard for me, but I did it! Thank you for these wonderful challenges. I love the way you take an ordinary pose and make something completely different out of it. Very creative. I feel great!
I really love your classes! You are so proffessional, warmhearted and interesting to follow. The small daily challenges makes me learn new things about my self and others. Yoga with you gives me peace at mind in a pretty rough time in my life. 🙏🏽☀️
This was really interesting. I didnt particularly enjoy the high lunge cat pose, but I really liked the neck stretch version. Thank you for this class. Namaste
I still struggle with balance in the high lunge pose and also the warrior 2 poses. It's so frustrating but I'll keep trying and hopefully will be able to overcome this obstacle. Love love all of your different practices.

This was definitely a trying one this morning but so glad to still be ‘pushing through’ - it’s taken me much longer than 3 weeks to get to day 21 & definitely plan to do another 30 day challenge once i’m done with this one. This was the first time i noticed in my downward dog that my feet were almost flat on the floor for the 1st time & it was surprising to me to see that progress but I’m so happy about it 😅
I'm back going over the days that I missed and I'm still enjoying it. Such a great challenge. I promised myself I would get through all thirty days. Sometimes, I struggle with consistency. Doing my best to keep my commitment to myself. I too, think that when I'm done, I will start from the beginning. It really was wonderful. Thank you, Kassandra!

When we did thread the needle and back to tabletop I had sort of a kink in my back so I started doing cat pose and then you said to do it! That was cool. : ) Thank you for this special series Kassandra. Loving it. And hope others are too.
