Hey yoga community, I love reading all of your comments and feel comforted by the love you all share. Looking for a little encouragement today…. I was going strong with these for 12 days and dropped off. I’ve been suffering from depression and really have been beating myself up for not being able to do even 10mins a day. I want to start again, but the emails are a constant reminder that I’m not where I should be. Does anyone else struggle with this or need someone to tell you it’s okay? Reaching out for support. Love you all, namaste 🙏
You stuck with it for 12 days. You acknowledged you're not where you want to be and are trying to do better. You're asking for help instead of accepting failure. I see all of these as victories; congratulate yourself and be proud, and then build on these victories.
Hey showing up for 12 days is an amazing thing already. Be proud of that!💕 It's not a fail if you skip days. You can just continue from where you were and do it in your pace. Yoga is all about knowing yourself and finding ways that work for you. It's more than the physical practice. If your way is to have breaks from the physical practice it's okay, actually it's yoga but in your head❤️ So much love for you
Fully understand - be gentle with yourself; sometimes in those dips getting out of bed is hard enough without an extra challenge. There will come a moment where you want to pick up with a flow you know you enjoyed; or jump in where you left off. I am not following the exact schedule either, will probably finish somewhere in May. No worries, no guilt. It’s all okay. You’ll be okay! 🤍

Having found the 30 day challenge in June, I’m back for the second round though it!! Had forgotten day 17 however it’s was a much needed flow this morning as I have residual soreness from weekend sports. Thank you Kassandra.

Wow, Kassandra. What an amazing labor of passion - for 30 days, a twin offering of practice for the body and heart. Todays flow had a few new-to-me poses and transitions that felt amazing in this body. And the note you made about the distance in child’s pose as we did it with you today and downward facing dog, was a *great* tip for me. Since I don’t have anyone watching me to correct my alignments, this kind of prompt is truly helpful. Thank you again, so much. It’s astonishing to me what you do and offer to the world. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I'm traveling right now, tons of walking, but also lots of sitting on a bus. Didn't get it done until the evening, but man did that feel good after all that sitting and walking.
This challenge has some challenging poses and I think i like it 😅 It is allowing a chance to see how far I have grown but also areas I still need to work on, like my hips being so tight, but I am here for it so thanks Kassandra 🧘🏾♀ Namaste 💜

This one was a real, ahem, challenge for me, but well worth doing. Lizard pose the more intense way is of my favorites. It really opened up my hips. I have a lot of Sacroiliac problems and these classes, and you Kassandra, have saved my body and my sanity. You are an amazing teacher. Thank you

11/14/24 This includes a lovely selection of stretches: Ragdoll, Lizard, Flying Dragon, and my favorite, a version of the half splits that feels so good in the lower back.
Am I the only one who finds ragdoll pose really hard? It's almost painful sometimes, I'm trying to get used to it but it's not easy to stay there that long! Anyways, I love this challenge!
