- @NastyNathanial69& I collaborated once again to conduct a First Amendment audit outside this Chase Bank location. We had a mix of reaction to our documenting while we were out there. The first was from the security guard who took notice of us through the window & soon after came out the back door of the bank to question us as to why we were recording. He didn't seem to press the issue any further, but we would encounter him again in a short while . We decided to move around to the front side of the bank, when a short time later the same security guard came out once again, this time standing in front of us facing towards the bank for us to see his back side. He probably stood out there for about 10 minutes without saying a word to us. As the security guard was doing his thing , a customer came up to use the ATM & gave us a shout out in support for what we were doing & said he was former military police. At this point the security guard went back inside without any further incident. As the individual using the ATM left , he let us know he watched numerous 1A audit videos & we thanked him for his support & service to our nation. As I began to wrap things up , a car pulled up in front of the bank & another individual proceeded to go use the ATM. He would eventually become the star of the audit. As you'll see, he became the bonus segment, when he asked why we were recording & when he didn't get the answers he wanted to hear, he had some choice words for us calling us the "C' word lol.

How did our culture evolve to the point where many (most?) people feel sufficiently self-entitled to demand answers from complete strangers and then offended when no answers are provided?
It comes from having no understanding of our rights. They use the term 'i have a right' when they don't know if they do.

How is using a camera bothering? Many of us are on many cameras every day. Can you imagine battling all those cameras? My god that would become your job until you ended up in jail or on 72 hour watch.

They are filming a bank for who knows how long and say stuff “none of your business” when asked why. If you don’t understand how that raises suspicion, I don’t know what to tell you.
The bank has been processing your image digitally since BEFORE you arrived on their premises...
while you were walking on the public street..

It is amazing to watch the actions of others! A person just filming and it’s ok to ask but people who perceive a threat as this security guard wouldn’t turn and keep their back to a potential threat, than the main goal is to keep peace and start interacting with the public making hand jesters these people are crazy. Now that’s a professional, and his desolating skills are just amazing! The term observe and report! Oh No we want to call a citizen names cause a issue. His company should be so proud to have such a logical person who is so unqualified to work for them. Where does even common sense. The vet who knew exactly your rights thank you for your service. A camera shouldn’t bother anyone. You should be worried walking around with all these unbalanced, unhinged, individuals. Cussing, screaming, demanding a person in public to answer their questions.
A security guard posted in a non-armoured position anywhere at a bank is a sacrificial pawn of no value in security whatsoever.
He is there to die but enable the bank to say "Yes we value our security and your security."

While they have every right to close the blinds, and it may even make some sense, it also means that they have less awareness of what is going on. If a group of armed robbers were coming around the corner, they likely wouldn't know until they were already in the bank. Cameras may pick it up but only if someone is watching.
Cameras are more dangerous.
The security guard is looking for any excuse he can, to talk to the female tellers. He must think he's Mr. Wonderful!! 🤔

Filming in public makes a huge difference. The First Amendment is important to exercise.
The guy in the car should consider himself lucky that he can talk. It is not easy when you can't talk and nobody around you knows sign language. I can hear but not very good. I just can't talk.

if you look at the recent bank robberies they werent suspicious at all. one guy walked into the bank with a disguise, of course, and handed the teller a note. he was successful at this method twice (that we know of) before he was caught.
Tell them they are a Need To Notice Basics and don't need to know lol.
