Pulling someone's pants down is assault. Could also go for an attempted sexual battery or attempted rape charges. Why else would someone pull anyone's pants down?

@@Armed-Forever A cop in Arizona actually did it not just threaten it. The guy did not commit a crime and the AZ cop pulled him out of the passenger side of the car, face down on the hot asphalt and tased him and then pulled down his shorts and underwear in broad daylight in front of his kid and wife and tased him in his balls and rectum. The cop just stuck it in there while the guy was face down ass up. Years later the cop got fired and the judge said that was enough punishment and apologized to the cop for everything he went through.

In most cases it doesn't matter how many times this occurs, they will still continue to violate our rights because they are not held responsible and even if they are, it's the taxpayer that foots the bill. There's no accountability and until there is, they'll still knowingly violate people's rights.

Very true, except our tax dollars are wasted no matter how public servants use them, so atleast when people are getting paid for being violated is a better use of our tax dollars than just giving it away to gov.

Awesomeness can be obtained even on a simple FOIA request. The first Sargent was so sadly misinformed, it is NOT his police station, it belongs to the people, furthermore, the people have free access to the public foyer, while the station is open. Even in these days there are people without access to the internet, so as a publicly funded institution paper requests should be available. The activist/auditor was brilliant, and his knowledge of the law puts the cops to shame. Great post ❤

Why aren't these cops trained. I will never donate to PD's again. And why does that cop think that that station and everything else belongs to him. He can only use it while on duty it's not his.
If someone puts their hands on me even if its a cop. They have an elbow coming. Cant get them to file a report about them putting their hands on me but they'll have to file a report about me putting my hands on them. And when a judge sees i was doing it because i was unlawfully assaulted theyll drop the charges and ill have a lawsuit unless the judge is corrupt too.

I wish my health was better to be able to join your efforts in my part of the USA. After 9/11, policing has turned into a bad joke. There's not a day that you don't hear about police misconduct. I don't condone violence but I think the only way to correct this problem is for the public to take start pushing back in whatever means possible.
