- In this video I show you different methods for getting your console working again by providing you with this PS4 black screen fix. You will get the error message on your TV or monitor that says "No Video Signal" even though your PS4 is turned on. In this video I show you some easy fixes as well as some more advanced fixes using PS4 Safe Mode.

Thank you the removing the tv plug surprisingly worked even though the television was functioning well.
Yeah same here tv was fully operational with other channels as well showed black screen I thought it was my hdmi cable because my ps4 gets a little warm so I switched the side and everything and all I had to do was unplug the tv 😐
just change the HDMI cable location thats connected too your tv/monitor too another HDMI port does not matter if it's HDMI1 or 2 or 3
Bro it happened to me again I can't believe it.. you helped me fix it last time and it worked for about a week. Now I can't even get in to safe mode, strangely on either of my consoles (ps4 & ps4 pro). Dang.

when he said surprisingly if you unplug the TV instead of the hdmi/ps4 it works for some people and I knew dam well it was the fix that would work

It just goes straight back to the same problem after restarting to change resolution. Someone please help.
*edit* this might help someone else so i'll put it here. But if you another tv that does work, go into settings under system i believe. There's an option for HDCP or something like that, un check it. Toggle it OFF and redo the safe mode start up and change resolution.

Had this issue myself. Quit working on Older TV with HDMI but would work on newer monitor. While plugged into newer monitor I went to: Settings > Sound and Screen > RGB settings > Set it to "Limited" > Then plugged back into older 1080p TV HDMI port > (RGB setting reset itself back to Automatic) and it had no more problems. Before I would get a flickering screen, snow, or no signal at all. Hope this helps.

The logo shows up disappears, then turns back off again and I’ve tried changing the resolution initialize ps4.. and etc still didn’t help

I need help, I turn my PS4 on, it loads the PlayStation symbol on my tv then after about 10/15 secs it will disappear and my PS4 will automatically turn off after about a minute, it does this every time I turn it on, I honestly don’t know what to do, I’m no good when it comes to stuff like this, any one know how to help? I did have problems yesterday with my PS4, it told me to connect a usb and update a file for reinstallation which I had to do and lost most of my stuff, then today when I tried to rebuild data base coz modern warfare is unplayable for me it ended up doing this to me (🔝) any one help please, thanks

I literally just plugged out the power that the TV and the PS4 was connected to and then powered it back on again and I’m back up and running.appreciate the video

Surprisingly, unplugging the TV did the trick and it fixed the "no picture, only sound" problem.
I have new Samsung smart TV and my PS4 worked flawlessly with my old TV so it was really weird to see it had this really strange issue with the 2 days old, new TV.

Turns out the simplest solution was the correct one. Unpluged the TV, fixed it right away.

Wow, this was the weirdest ever, I was about to give up and it was pure luck that I found this! What fixed my issue after trying all kinds of safe modes and not having luck (with just a blank screen and what looked like a signal issue from my hdmi) was to just turn my actual tv off and on again! I had this it turned out to be my TV as I turned the HDMI on the TV to HDR, as I had the PC connected too.
The PC was used a few times, the resolution was odd. The PS4 worked a few times then the PS4 went black screen, I tried the safe mode and everything else to try, then I turned the HDMI on the to back to standard from enhanced (HDR) it came back right away. This TV is going soon. I've had enough
All these damn google searches and all these repair sites… i tried everything and within 30 seconds of this video i unplug my actual tv and boom working again 🤯 you are Goated my guy!

Guys for me I tried everything I had only noise safemode didn’t work, but what worked for me is unplugging the tv and replugging it back and it worked
