I swapped the HDMI cables with my set up box. This helped in kick-starting the PS4. And the HDMI from PS4 works fine with my set up box, just something to try. I know it Doesn't make sense, but this got it working.
Good call, mine turned out to be one pushed in pin on my hdmi cable. Replaced and back in business!

Could that be a problem with TV's HDMI port? I had that blinking twice (turning on of the console is normal), but after I repluging HDMI to TV it disappearing. Moreover, once the same problem was with Xbox 360 and with my laptop.
Andrew, can you tell me the value of the 0402 capacitor that is on the bottom side of the motherboard, underneath the HDMI port on a PS4 slim 2115B? I have one that is missing but can't find anywhere that lists it.

I got my PS3 out again on Sunday, I think my PS4 has a faulty HDMI port, I don't think I will get another one, as its getting so close to the PS5 been released
